Very good value for money

The price! Extremely good value for money. Comfortable big room. Beautiful gardens and well maintained pool. Restaurant is beachfront, open clean kitchen. Location was good, approx 15-20 walk into centre. Good location for dolphin tours as many depart outside resort. I’ve never been one to get laundry done through a resort as usually too expensive but this place was very reasonably priced so we did.

I personally like the location a LOT! Also the staff is super friendly, would always come back, in fact it wasn't the first time I have stayed here!

There was some confusion as to whether a more expensive room should not include breakfast but the cheaper one did? But was sorted out quickly, possibly an issue of booking.com?

Lovely big bungalows with nice pool & comfy sun loungers. Staff very helpful & friendly & location was good. Lovely walk along front into Lovina & lots of fab restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was very basic & there were no sun loungers on the beach. It is very noisy in the morning, motorbikes roar up the road from 5.45 until 7ish.

Coastal bungalow

Great location. Lovely restaurant with ocean view. Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool and beautifully manicured gardens.

Shower drain blocked and bathroom needs a good scrub. Mattress quite hard. Lots of mosquitoes.

Starlight is fantastic.

The staff were exceptional and the location and atmosphere were peaceful. The food was very good and the gardener is to be commended on the way he keeps the grounds so immaculate. The pool is always sparkling. All staff are very friendly. I have stayed at 2 other resorts close to Starlight and found Starlight to be excellent. Having breakfast on the beach while watching the dolphin tour boats return is pure luxury. I will definitely stay at Starlight next year if they have a vacancy on my selected dates.

Throughly enjoyed my stay.

This is a humble little Hotel which meets all basic needs. The bungalow was clean, the bed big & comfy, the pool looked great & the Hotel was situated right on the water. They were very accommodating with Breakfast for me as I am Vegan. The staff were lovely but unfortunately a little too overextended because of staff cuts. They did an amazing job & were always very kind & would do anything for you. I throughly enjoyed my stay as it was quiet & a little bit away but within walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc. Would definitely stay again.

Because of staff cuts the poor people that were working there were a bit run of their feet. They did an incredible job though. Always very kind & would do anything for you. This is a simple hotel, right on the, water so I would definitely visit again.

Quiet place and still very convenient

The hotel is located on a very quiet spot right on the beach. Easy to grab a boat for snorkeling and to go see the dolphin. The service is super good. The swiming pool is deep enough to dive into it. Very relaxing stay

Food wasn’t particularly good, so we preferred to eat outside, TV didn’t work. The whole place looks a little abandoned.

The pool was nice and we had it for ourselves. Second neighbor to a great restaurant on the beach Friendly staff Quiet place

Hotel was probably a bit run down before COVID. After being closed 2 years with no renovation done it is more than run down now and in dire need of overall repairs. At close to 1M IDR per night, it is NOT worth it at all. Perhaps at half the price with a rating of 7. Aneka next door have similar prices but is in pristine condition. Leaky toilet at the base even with a fortune silicone repair done on our 2nd day. Yes black water leakage. Wifi broken in the room and pool area for the duration of the stay. TV not functioning Very leaky bidet causing mess in the bathroom Half clogged shower head Dried and worn out out towels White bedding cleaned but with permanent stains Hard dried beds We were alone in the complex except the last night. Felt like it opened for us. Staff was nice but can't reverse time of this worn out hotel. Owner should massively invest or halve it price. This place was absolutely the worst quality/price ratio we stayed in our 2.months trip. We didn't dare eat at the restaurant. Never saw anyone else eat there anyway.

There was nothing open. No restaurant open. You could nt even buy a bottle of water. The pool looked like it would turn my hair green if I had have put my head under. Terrible. I'm not sure if this place was just reoppening after covid or in the final stages of closing down

Exceptional

All of it, gorgeous place, right on the beach, comfy room and bed, nice quite pool. Restaurant and bar on the beach was great and did the best food, I recommend the fresh fish of the day. Food was much better quality than what we had away from the hotel.

Not a dislike as we didn't mind at all but the location is approx 2km walk away from the area with all the eating places and bars. However the hotel offers a free shuttle service, you just have to ask.

Premier voyage en Indonésie en famille

L'excursion avec les dauphins car l'hôtel est sur la plage. L'accueil et la bienveillance du personnel. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques entretenue, la piscine, le restaurant.

La proximité de la route, on a l'impression d'être a côté d'une autoroute alors que c'est une route qui donne sur la plage et sans issue car le bungalow est pas du tout insonorisé. Tous les soirs, on entendait les animations de l'autre établissement d'à côté comme si on était devant la scène jusqu'à 23h mais compliqué quand on doit se lever à 5h pour l'excursion et avec des enfants. La douche était cassé et donc nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Le sommier grinçait. Pour le petit déjeuner, lorsqu'il y a des enfants et qu'on a pris le petit-déjeuner compris pour les adultes les boissons sont comprises mais pas pour les enfants...on a du payer un supplément pour que nos filles boivent le matin un jus car elles ne boivent évidement pas de café ou de thé.

Mooie bungalows, lekkere bedden en aan het strand.

Het zwembad; veel losse tegels op de bodem en het water zag er gewoon echt niet schoon uit. Prijs van het hotel viel tegen voor wat je had, maar dat zal ook met de locatie aan het strand te maken hebben. Prijzen in het restaurant waren te hoog voor wat je kreeg. Erg kleine porties en smaak oké, niet heel bijzonder.

Mooie huisjes, erg ruim en op een leuke locatie direct aan zee. Goed ontbijt.

Het huisje was erg mooi en ruim. Tuin en zwembad wordt goed bijgehouden. Ontbijt is prima Personeel erg vriendelijk (overvriendelijk) Heerlijk rustig in de avonduren.

Zwembad is mooi, maar in een uithoek geplaatst. (Enkele tegels op de bodem waren kapot) Jammer dat er geen strandbedjes bij het strand waren.

Было расстройство желудка после супа из кафе на территории ( Это не точно , но стало не очень именно через 3-4 часа после ужина Продают экскурсии на дельфинов , от дешевой просто прокатиться на лодке , до супер пупер все включено и плаванье с дельфинами тоже ))) Мы естественно повелись … но бедные животные никогда не под плывут к такому количеству лодок ) Не ведитесь , берите индивидуальную экскурсию . Ну или самую дешевую, с другими разницы нет)
