I would say the house is OK. Not so good, but not the worst.
Everything is old a bit. Seemed like family lived there for years and decided to rent it. And forgot old flowers and own things inside house. I’ll attach photo of old flowers, it’s a little bit strange. No hot water in one of the bathroom.
For a couple of days it’s okay to live there.

The location, even though it's a bit further inland, is worth it. The place is spacious and lovely for a small group or family. I enjoyed staying here and would totally stay here during my next trip to Lovina
I usually work while I'm traveling so Wi-Fi is important to me. The wifi speed is a bit weak here but if you don't really care about too much heavy duty work on your laptop, you should be fine.

Positives: The villa itself is spacious and well-furnished, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The overall design and decor create a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat. The surrounding area is serene, which added to the charm of the place.
Negatives: Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few significant issues. Upon arrival, we noticed that the toilets and fridges were not clean, which was quite disappointing. This lack of cleanliness set a negative tone for our stay. Additionally, the internet connection was very weak, which made it difficult to stay connected, especially for those who might need to work or stay in touch with family and friends.
