About this house rental
This 200 year-old single family home has been lovingly renovated to provide modern comfort with historic charm. Ideally situated in the heart of PTown's unique West End, this home is just a block away from the fun and charm of Commercial Street. The main floor includes a newly furnished Great Room with gas fireplace and 50" Flat Screen TV. Gourmet Kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware and appliances, including a double-oven, double-sink, and convection/microwave. There is one bdrm/one bath on main floor, 2nd floor includes a large master bedroom plus a third bedroom along with a luxury bath with jacuzzi tub and 2 person shower. All beds have been upgraded to adjustable SleepNumber mattresses. Outdoor deck with seating for 6 plus 2 free parking spaces. High speed wireless internet.
NOTE: Due to the original architecture of the house, the stairway to top floor is somewhat steep (but completely solid). 2nd floor bedrooms are not ideal for small children or adults with mobility issues.
NOTE: Rental does not include the owner-occupied basement apartment, which is fully separated and locked off from the rental space. The apartment is effectively sealed off from the main house, and has its own separate air-handling (HVAC) systems. The third parking space in the driveway is reserved for the basement apartment.

Very well equipped house and everything well marked. We had a water problem and a workman arrived almost immediately to fix it. Only one complaint, there were 2 dead mice under the kitchen sink along with a lot of mouse droppings. Convenient location, very walkable. I would recommend this place

We had a great stay at Chris’ home! Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen (so stocked that one could make a gourmet meal!), and extras like beach chairs for use during stay. It was a great place to hang out after the beach and before heading into town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Chris's house—our second year renting, and it was just as perfect as the first. The home was ideal for three friends and my dog. The location truly can't be beat—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the linens were high quality. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!
