A great 2+ bedroom stand alone townhouse to enjoy a PTown vacation! Private outdoor space, updated unit with a dedicated parking space. Less than 8 min walk to Commercial St. Great for small group or couple getaway in heart of Cape Cod! Place has two bedrooms (one King, one Queen) and a pull out sofa in the living room. All around great place for short term or long term stays!

The property was wonderful. We came for a 2 night stay to hang out in P-town for the weekend before women's week. We brought our bikes and were able to lock them right outside the door. The beds were comfortable and everything was as advertised. Great and quiet location. Also, nice having the gas fireplace for the chilly evening.

We had such a wonderful time on our trip at Marty’s home. The location is perfect - conveniently located close enough to commercial without being too loud. Additionally, the back patio was a huge plus - perfect for grilling and relaxing at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marty’s place. It’s in a great location, just a few minutes walk to town. Beautiful private patio with a water feature. More than enough room for the four of us. We’ll definitely book a stay here when we return.
