Four bright and spacious bedrooms each offer a king-size bed, spacious and/or walk-in closets, dedicated work space in each bedroom, and luxurious linens.
Common areas feature an expansive, open indoor / outdoor living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views over conservation and protected lands. Our modern, open-concept kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel new appliances, induction cooking and a dishwasher, a grill, as well as all the supplies for shared meals and easy entertaining.
Featuring central air conditioning, laundry room, a two-car garage, plentiful storage, and a thoughtful layout providing both private individual spaces and both indoor and outdoor common areas that lend themselves to relaxed days enjoying the endless views and sea breeze, this home is ideal for family or group adventures.

**As of January 2026, we are aware of active home construction on a neighboring property. Given the orientation of our home and location of the build site, construction should not be directly visible from interior or exterior common areas. One lower level bedroom has a small window which faces in the direction of the build site. Summer 2026 work should be mostly interior, and working hours will generally fall between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, although Saturday work is possible. The builder has committed to setting and enforcing clear ground rules with crews and subcontractors for language, radios, and vehicle parking to minimize any disruption.**
