About this house rental
This renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on Standish Street, a quiet one way street, just over one block from Provincetown Bay, Macmillan Pier and the Ferries, Town Hall, and the Pilgrim Monument. It is a short stroll to Commercial Street where you will find most shops, restaurants, clubs, and the Art Gallery District.
At about 2000 square feet in size, the home is clean, updated, and well appointed. A total of 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds and 1 queen bed, 3 full bathrooms, and a total of 2 kitchens. Outside there are numerous sitting areas, outside shower, private fenced yard with a sitting tent, and 2 propane grills.
The first floor entrance is the first of two primary suites. There is a full kitchen, a living area with leather sofa and HDTV-Apple TV (no basic cable), and the bedroom has a king size bed.
Upstairs to the second floor is the main living area as well as two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other a queen, and a full bathroom with shower. The open floor plan is light and bright and includes a dining room table with 8 chairs, a living area with 3 leather sofas and an HDTV, and a full kitchen. There are a generous amount of windows and out the back door is the deck and stairs leading to the yard.
The remodeled kitchen has granite counters, large granite island with stools for gatherings. There are stainless steel appliances, and the house comes fully furnished including dishes, glassware & utensils, pots & pans, as well as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining room has a large table that comfortably seats 8.
The third floor is a primary suite. A large open room includes king bed, sitting area, full bathroom with claw tub and shower. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.
The 4 bedrooms feature quality beds- 3 Kings and a Queen, and boast high thread count linens. There are 3 full bathrooms, one with claw tub, and all have ample clean white towels.
Other amenities include Wifi, washer and dryer on the third floor, hardwood floors throughout and window a/c's and fans for cooling on those hot summer days.
The outdoor space includes a back deck and a fenced yard. There is seating and umbrellas on the deck, and a hang out tent with furniture in the private backyard. An outdoor shower and a propane grill are also in the yard. The front area of the house has more seating and another grill.
There is parking for several cars. Views of the Monument.

Great communication from the owners Overall a very nice place to stay while in Provincetown. Convenient off street parking and located within an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Our only recommendation would be the house could use a detailed cleaning.

The house was perfect for our group visiting Provincetown for the week. The house is exactly as pictured, in a central location, but far enough back on a quiet street that there was no noise. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard was lovely to hang out in. Definitely recommend!
