About this house rental
Located perfectly in the West End this 2,600+ Sq. Ft, three level home is an easy walk to town and Herring Cove Beach. The townhouse features a casual and elegant coastal style throughout its 3 bedrooms, sleeping areas and 5 ½ baths. Amazing privacy and luxury for all, each bedroom and sleeping area includes an en-suite bath and “Beautyrest” pillow top king-sized beds. The multi level floor plan also allows for undisturbed access with multiple private entry ways. Two car (tandem) parking is also included.
The main level features an open gourmet kitchen fully equipped with Bosch appliances perfect for creating beautiful dinners where all can participate. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and can extend, there is also seating for four at the breakfast bar. The open concept floor plan flows easily into the living area with a floor to ceiling fireplace and French doors to a deck which leads to the private fenced in yard. If you prefer to dine outside, the brick patio has an table for eight and a top of the line gas grill. This private yard is the ultimate outdoor space with direct access to the media room, lower level kitchenette, wine fridge and ice maker.
All bedrooms and sleeping areas have down pillows, down comforters, and 100% cotton sheets, duvets and blankets as well as ample storage space for luggage and clothing. Each en-suite bathroom features high end fixtures, linens and Kiehls bath products. Three bathrooms have large showers and two feature soaking tubs.
This home also includes 4 flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and sleeping areas as well as a 65” TV with a surround sound system in media room. The media room also features a 100” down sofa and two chairs perfect for those Netflix and Chill nights.

The owners were very accommodating, and their home was exceptionally stocked with amenities. Perfect location in the quieter West End and extremely close to Victor’s (one of our favorite restaurants)! We will definitely stay here again.

The Provincetown property was one of the best we have stayed at. We had five couples and everyone raved about the place. It’s great to find a house with five bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was a comfortable place to gather.
