Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!

We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.

We realize that we have a large home with a sweet backyard patio. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment.

Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting.

We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.

We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.

Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of eight (8) guests - 2 guests per bedroom x 4 bedrooms = 8 occupants max.

If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds eight (8) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply.
