Perfect & cozy seaside stay 😊

Amazing place, we really felt like at home 🤗 Very comfortable, sparkling clean and spacious, 5 min to the sea, with comfortable bed and quiet cozy balcony, where is perfect to have morning coffee or home dinner if you like it 😊 Really enjoyed every moment here. Communications with the lady-owner is additional kind of pleasure, I would want communications with my own family were same way so kind. We would want to come here again♥️♥️♥️

The house is nice, clean and fully equipped. The landlady is kind and available for any need. The position is great! 5 minutes from the seaside and from the center. The balcony is very quiet and nice. You feel at home. Highly recommended !!

Soggiorno di una sola notte ma ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo, cortesia gentilezza dell'host (grazie per la bottiglia e acqua fresca) con spiegazioni e tutto l'occorrente in casa, con l'aria condizionata ed il posteggio riservato.

Non ci sono ripiani nel box doccia per appoggiare i saponi, se non mettendoli sul pavimento del piatto doccia, ma non un grandissimo problema

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura non solo per l’appartamento, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort ma soprattutto per la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria Serena. Mi è capitato un imprevisto con l’accesso alla casa a tarda notte: nonostante l’orario, Serena ha risposto subito al telefono e ha risolto la situazione. A mio parere, quando si sceglie un check-in automatico oltre l’orario indicato per risolvere esigenze personali, non dovrebbe più essere responsabilità dell’host intervenire, soprattutto in piena notte. Proprio per questo, il suo supporto è stato un gesto che ha superato le mie aspettative. Grazie per questo.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar ein Willkommen-Geschenk von der Gastgeberin. Die Lage war gut, in einer ruhige Straße, zum Meer waren 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe 2 sehr leckere Restaurants.

Für uns -das einzige Schwachpunkt - waren die Betten. Die waren für uns zu niedrig und zu unbequem. Aber das ist alles Geschmack Sache...

Era una casa di vacanza ma dotata di tutti i servizi. La signora non ha lasciato nulla di intentato per soddisfare gli ospiti: forno a microonde, cucina con tutti gli strumenti per cucinare. Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello e soggiorno con divano, TV . La Signora è inoltre stata gentilissima, si è assicurata che tutto andasse bene e ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e dei cioccolatini di benvenuto.

Come da programma.

La struttura è molto spaziosa e vicina al mare. La proprietaria è stata da subito molto presente e flessibile. Abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in e check-out in autonomia senza particolari complicazioni.

L'appartamento sembra un po' datato, ma ciò non costituisce un problema. Il parcheggio si raggiunge con un po' di fatica ma è sufficiente lasciare l'auto in strada.
