Book in season only.

The location was great, blaming distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed.

The actual resort was not open as it was end of season, so there was no access to the facilities as listed on booking.com- no spa, indoor/outdoor pool or gym. The listing didn't state that the facilities would not be available until we arrived at checkin when we were told. We would have chosen somewhere else to stay. The bedrooms had a mixture of furniture, which we found strange but maybe it's a Tuscany way to furnish rooms.

Just had a 7 night stay here the stay are super helpful and 5 star facilities totally recommend 😀

Outside you are right by the pool and bar. The pool is fantastic and you get your own beach gazebo with 2 sun beds 2 chairs and a lockable table.

Hard to find anything to say! But the spa wasn’t open

Traumunterkunft in Viareggio

Durch Zufall haben wir die Chance gehabt, die Unterkunft kurzfristig zu buchen. Insgesamt gibt es dort 4 Appartements. Unseres hatte zusätzlich ein Dachgeschosszimmer, das sofort unsere Kinder für sich beansprucht haben.Wir waren sowohl mit der Ausstattung als auch der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Mit enthalten war für die gesamte Dauer ein Pavillion mit Liegen und Stühlen am Strand, was den Preis des Appartements relativiert hat. Der 25 Meter lange Pool, der mit seiner Glasscheibe wie ein Aquarium wirkt, war sensationell. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben uns auch stets Willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Disponibilità e accoglienza top! Abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'appartamento e della spiaggia anche il giorno della partenza e con un bimbo è stato apprezzatissimo (grazie ancora!) Spiaggia pulitissima e tranquilla, servizio bar/pranzo eccellente. Staff giovane, cordiale, preparato, bravissimi tutti! Una carezza a Milo e Jack! Torneremo sicuramente!

L’appartamento è ben strutturato come spazi, fornito di tutto e in una posizione perfetta (centrale ma tranquilla). La veranda è stata la parte che più ho apprezzato per me unica a tutte le ore. Essere poi già sulla spiaggia è stato perfetto e ci ha fatto godere ancora di più il mare.

Non ho particolari segnalazioni ; tutte le richieste sono state subito gestite.

Capodanno 2025 Appartamento molto carino dotato di tutto, arredato con gusto, lungomare di Viareggio splendido. Spiaggia a 2 passi, in inverno molto silenzioso Arianna accogliente e disponibile non è sul luogo ma raggiungibile sempre

Essendo una struttura prettamente estiva era praticamente un cantiere in manutenzione, parcheggio a pagamento ovunque, suggerirei una manutenzione anche alla serratura della porta di ingresso, abbiamo rischiato di rimanere fuori casa 😁😁
