About this villa rental
Elegant single villa with newly built internal structures. The house, furnished with style in every detail, is composed on the ground floor of a living area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a large and bright room with dining area and TV area equipped with sofa, armchair and fireplace. Also on the ground floor, the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. Upstairs a third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Externally, the large garden of over a thousand meters is equipped with a private in-ground swimming pool, ping pong table, barbecue and large veranda with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. Available for guests private parking with three parking spaces.Internet, water and gas are included. To be paid directly on place to the owner: Electricity Euro 0,60 per kW. When necessary there will be an extra fee for the use of heating. The final cleaning has a cost of Euro 150,00. Supplement for pets Euro 25,00 per pet a week. The deposit of Euro 600.00 is to be given on arrival in cash.
