Beautiful, three-storey vacation home in hilly position (260 m.a.s.l.) with sea view in the hinterland of Viareggio and above a small village called Botrici. From the cottage and the property you can enjoy a panoramic view all the way to the sea, Lake Massaciuccoli and the wooded hills. Around the house there is an outdoor area of about 200 m2, partially sloping, with table, chairs, deckchairs, children's games and a brick barbecue. You can have your meals on the covered terrace as well as on a large open terrace with sea view. The pool is at your exclusive disposal. On the lower first floor you will find an equipped kitchen, a dining room with Sat TV, a double bedroom, a shower room, a gym and the covered terrace.
