Excellent house! We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children (who loved the pool) and the house still felt very roomy we could have privacy even though we were eight people there. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, grocery stores were close-by and just i took us about 15 minutes by car to the ocean. Unbelievable view from the house, perfect pool, next to no bugs (not that that is thanks to the house, but still) and we had dinner on the patio with the sun setting behind the mountains. We will definitely be back!

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber und ein wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick. Leider etwas abseits, aber dafür sehr ruhig und zum entspannen genau das richtige. Wir waren begeistert, auch weil der Kontakt mit mauro sehr nett und unkompliziert war!

Fantastic three weeks at Mauro’s with a lot of biking in the surrounding area. House was nice and clean with an amazing view over mountains and the sea. Only downside was significant noise from the highway, especially on the terrace. Aside from that it was perfect!

Wunderbarer Familienaufenthalt zum Abschalten

Zu einem runden Geburtstag haben wir unsere erwachsenen Kinder mit deren Familie eingeladen, um in diesem schönen Haus Ende Juni eine Woche gemeinsam zu entspannen. Das Haus ist wunderbar am Hang gelegen und bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick über die Ebene bis zum Meer, den wir jeden Tag von morgens bis abends genossen haben. Es ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen, die die mediterrane Stimmung unterstreichen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber (wurde während unseres Aufenthalts auch gereinigt) und sehr schön auf dem Grundstück angelegt. Man kann auch am frühen Abend noch bestens schwimmen gehen, wenn man sich der Mittagssonne nicht aussetzen möchte. Das Wasser ist immer angenehm warm. Das geräumige Haus ist sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet; es ist genau so ausgestattet wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Man findet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit Familie benötigt: von der Küchenausstattung bis zur Wäschepflege. Die Bäder sind schön und sehr sauber. Die Schlafsituation war für uns sehr angenehmen. Wem es in den Zimmern der 1. Etage zu warm war, der konnte in die kühleren Schlafräume im Kellergeschoss ausweichen. Wir sind mehrfach mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren; auch hier haben wir nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort waren für uns prima, insbesondere das Angebot des recht großen Coop-Supermarkts mit vielen Frischwaren. Die deutschsprachige Kommunikation mit Mauro war bestens: immer sehr freundlich und mit schnellen Antwortzeiten. Als wir am letzten Tag sehr früh morgens abreisen wollten, war es kein Problem, dass am Abend zuvor noch eine Beauftragte vorbeikam für die Abrechnung. Und als uns eine Nachttischlampe kaputtgegangen ist, konnte ihn das auch nicht aus der Ruhe bringen; danke. Das nennen wir flexibel, großzügig und kundenorientiert. Wir empfehlen, eine gute Mückenschutzausrüstung mitzubringen, denn die kleinen Blutsauger sind allgegenwärtig. Wir werden diese Ferien in allerbester Erinnerung behalten und sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, ziemlich weit oberhalb von Massarosa, aber mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Der Pool ist wunderbar, aber die Betten in allen Zimmern eher bescheiden (schlechte Matratze, lautes Quietschen).

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Zum Erholen die perfekte Location. Vom Haus erreicht man schnell bekannte Städte wie Viareggio und Lucca. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar. Swimmingpool ist groß und verfügt über gute Sonnenliegen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist eher schlicht, aber es fehlte an fast nichts. Das einzige negative waren die Betten im Obergeschoss. Bei jeder Umdrehung quietsche der Lattenrost so laut, das man dieses im ganzen Haus hörte und die anderen aufwachten! Würden aber immer wieder zurück kommen! Danke Mauro !!!

Wir waren als "Großfamilie" mit Hund in der Villa, es war alles supergut! Das Haus war ideal für uns, so hatten wir immer zu zweit ein Bad. Das Highlight war für uns der Pool. Wir hatten viel Spaß und kommen gerne mal wieder. Die Lage mit der Aussicht ist wirklich einmalig, wenn man auch für unsere Verhältnisse schon eine abenteuerliche Straßenführung entlang muss, aber es herrscht da ja nicht so viel Verkehr, alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in diesem top-gepflegten Haus, mit tollem, sauberen Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht genossen. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus war sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht, die drei Bäder sind Luxus pur, der private Pool sowieso! Die Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse entlockten uns jedes mal wieder ein WOW! Ein absolut zu empfehlendes Urlaubsdomizil. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Einfach traumhaft

Einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir bisher hatten! Wir hatten ausreichend Platz mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern!!! Der eigene Pool ist ein absoluter Traum und die Nähe zum Strand und auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Viareggio, Pisa, Florenz, etc) ist optimal! Der Vermieter wie die Nachbarn sind sehr sehr freundlich und wir würden gerne unseren nächsten Urlaub ebenfalls dort verbringen! Vielen Dank für die schönen 14 Tage!

Nach einer etwas komplizierten Anfahrt wird man belohnt mit einer traumhaften Fernsicht und einem sehr gepflegtem Haus.Alles so wie beschrieben.Sauber,ordentlich nett eingerichtetmit allem was notwendig ist und einem ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegtem Pool,nebst Garten, Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub,immer wieder gerne!!
