About this house rental
The beautiful Villa Bellavista is located on the hills of Massarosa where you can admire a magnificent lake and sea views. The villa of 170 sqm consists of 3 levels:
- GF: kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, covered veranda.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, terrace.
- Lower level: 1 large bedroom ( double bed), separate room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. Free internet adsl, grill, (gas grill) satellite tv. washing machine, dishwasher.
Fenced garden with olive trees of about 2,000sqm, private pool (m 8x4x1.3).
* Additional costs: electricity, gas and water (on meter reading); Final cleaning :€ 120
Linen and towels (on request) €15/ person.
To be paid at the departure to owner

Only little critic point, the beds are noisy and the mattracess are very thin.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber und ein wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick.
Leider etwas abseits, aber dafür sehr ruhig und zum entspannen genau das richtige. Wir waren begeistert, auch weil der Kontakt mit mauro sehr nett und unkompliziert war!

Fantastic three weeks at Mauro’s with a lot of biking in the surrounding area. House was nice and clean with an amazing view over mountains and the sea. Only downside was significant noise from the highway, especially on the terrace. Aside from that it was perfect!
