About this house rental
Casaviagiotto is a bright apartment in a quiet, green and elegant area of Lido di Camaiore 500 meters from the sea. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and furnished with great attention with modern furniture and objects to create environments in warm tones under the banner of relaxation.
The house has a large and bright suite on the 1st floor consisting of a bedroom with a maxi bed and a lounge with a sofa bed, fireplace, armchair, and table. In the suite, 2 large French windows open onto an exclusive terrace. Also on the 1st floor there is a full bathroom, with walk-in shower and a spacious kitchen which leads to a large and fresh terrace equipped with table, chairs and chaise-longue for eating and relaxing outdoors. On the 2nd and last floor there are two large bedrooms, one with an additional single bed. These too are very bright and open onto a shared terrace. Also on the 2nd floor there is a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom with two single beds with a terrace. The entrance to the apartment is independent and opens onto a small exclusive garden.
The house offers free Wi-Fi service, the use of a bicycle and two surfboards. To move in Versilia, the bicycle is highly recommended and can be rented near the house. To go to the beach we recommend going on foot (500 meters ... 4 minutes). Within 500 meters there are all kinds of shops: food, fruit and vegetables, pastry shops etc. At 700 m. a small Coop supermarket, a Bio supermarket, two km away. a large Esselunga and a large Coop. On the beautiful seaside promenade there are shops for shopping, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and ice cream parlors. The beautiful Bellavista Vittoria pier is 600 meters away.
N. B. in the winter months, a supplement of € 7.00 per day will be applied for heating costs

This was a gorgeous property located near the beach. The house had everything to make the stay most enjoyable and Alessandra was a very friendly and hospitable host. As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here.
