About this house rental
The large garden and 'exposure ensure cool evenings and ventilated after a hot day at the beach. Everyone, young and old will love this old farmhouse in the countryside.
The house is on two floors, on the ground floor there are: the well-equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, manual and electric moka, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, cups, cutlery, etc .; bathroom with sanitary facilities with bathtub, shower and hairdryer; laundry area with washing machine and stack; lounge with sofa, two armchairs, television, VCR, CD player, Wi-Fi stereo connection, reading books and board games, outdoor games.
On the first floor there is a large 1 bedroom with three windows, a 2nd double bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds; bathroom with lavatory and shower.
The rooms have blankets and quilts. The cost of the house includes all expenses (light water, gas, linen and cleaning).
For those interested the Rustico Diana has an agreement with some bathing establishments organized with all comforts (bar, restaurant, children's area, etc.) that will make a 20% discount for the guests of the house.

Anna is the perfect host! There were so many little touches to make our stay memorable. A food gift basket was provided to get us started and each room was beautifully decorated. The property is immaculate and so so charming! You feel like you’ve stepped into the past with the manicured landscape and beautifully historic home. The views are spectacular! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the covered porch pavilion in Tuscany - just like in the movies. A big bonus is an outside shower with hot and cold, an outdoor gas cooktop plus a wood burning brick oven. The children loved the large lawn to play in and the property is completely fenced in. So many toys - foosball, a concrete ping pong table and many toys and games in the bench long toy box. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. We travelled all over Europe and the days we spent at Anna’s property were the best days ever. We wish we had spent more time there! We will next time!

We were accepted realy nice from the owner. She bouth some food and beverages for us so we had no precure immediately to search for the market. All the time she gave us informations about the places we should visit. On the last day she even took our friends to the railway 😊

We had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers and dog.
The house was really perfect, a beautiful garden with great mountain view. 2 bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom, and a nice room for the boys that overlooked the garden.
The house is really complete, all you have to bring is your clothes and toiletries.
The host, Anna, is also really nice, we received a very warm welcome, with a basket filled with wine, pasta, cookies and more. Also there was soda in the refrigerator.
However it is not only the house and our lovely host, but also the location. There is so much to see and do that we really have to return again to see more of the environment.
The Tuscany highlights are all in short driving distance, sometimes only 10 minutes, usually not more than abt 30 minutes drive. We have been to Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa, we have visited the Corchia caves, we rented a Kajak to see lake Massaciucolli. Also we visited Vernaza, one of the beautiful villages of Cinque Terre.
Furthermore the beach is very close to the house and there are great restaurant just around the corner.
All in all a perfect holiday, also for our teenagers and dog and a house we will definitely return to.
