In a quiet neighborhood but very scary and unfinished

Very big apartment, well stocked kitchen and big fridge and freezer. Location is good, about a 20-minute walk from old town and the beach, in a more local area with a bakery and markets close by.
Air con only in bedrooms and not in living room, so we didn't spend much time there as it was too hot.
