Perfect, affordable.

Host knew multiple languages and was very helpful and knowledgeable on where to shop, eat, etc. He even hooked me up with a lawyer to get an Albanian visa. Location is PERFECT, affordable & delicious food right down the road. Air conditioner very strong. WiFi very strong. Family owned business and everybody was very welcoming. Beach is beautiful and has many restaurants that take advantage of the view.

Horrendous odor from the bathroom at night. Owner says he's a plumber and it will be fixed. Timing your shower for AFTER the neighboring unit showers will negate it. It may have been the placement of my specific room. I had no kitchen but it was my own oversight when booking my room.

Very good price for Vlora

The room was good, the beds were very comfortable. The air condition could cool down the place very quickly. The kids liked that the TV had YouTube built-in. The parking area was within the walls of the property, the WiFi was working perfectly.

The sun shined in early morning through the window, so we didn't need an alarm clock to get up. If someone wants to sleep longer, then better choose a room on the opposite side to where the sun gets up :)

Great value and facilities

Comfortable bed and screens on the windows. The kitchen has everything we needed to make pasta for dinner and tea for breakfast. Outdoor seating on the balcony is also nice

The stove top overheated while making dinner so we had to use another room's stove. The road to the location is mostly back alleys

a quiet hideaway that provided a great place to sleep.

The location is as described on the site, a walk from town and the beach at the end of the road. in a cup de sac so very quite. The host and his wife were terrific, there if you wanted anything but not intrusive. The room was not Flash but had everything you need and own toilet and kitchen.

Pleasant stay for the price.

Friendly owner. We texted approx arrival time and the owner was around at the desk - outside. We had a small apt on the first floor; hob, saucepan, shower and there was a TV though the service was flaky. We booked for one night but stayed for 4. A short 8mn walk to the beach and two restaurants which we enjoyed eating at. The owner helped us with bike hire and for an additional 2 Euro we were able to wash our clothes. Our stay was pleasant, safe and had some small communication with other visitors who came and left.

The room was well located, close to the beach but also 3 min walk from supermarket, bars etc. It was spacious for 2 people, but could accommodate up to 4. Small but equipped kitchen and an nice balcony. The host was very nice, and greeted us there. They accepted to let us have an early check-in as my friend was a bit sick and needed to rest. Parking inside their yard. Overall good value for money.

The bathroom was not spotless clean, but could be explained as we asked for an early check in.

Nice place for vacation

I liked the piece of the place and that it was close to the beach. You can ecen go with a car, there are plenty of spaces to park. The owners were nice and helpful. The bed chairs and sunshade were 4 euros just dont buy enything from the guy that goes on the beach. He will not retourn change if you pay him in euros.

I didn't liked the smell. The street smelled awfull from the garbage and the garbage was everywhere. Also often at night the air was filled with some burning odore and it wasn't plesent to sit outside.

Nice stay near the beach

The apartment is nice and clean, we liked it. There were no soap to wash hands, but this is just nit-picking. When travelers are coming back from a long way it is good to wash hands upon arrival. But for this money it is the best what you can have. Bonus points to the host, he is very polite and honest person. Thank you!

Walking distance to beach access, mini mart, and restaurants. Not the closest to the center but no problem with car. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the staff.

The first room I had, the air conditioning was not working but I was given a new room which had no problems.

Good apartments. City beach 500 meters away, where there is a place to lie down without a sun lounger. Beautiful nature, sea and mountain. Product prices are affordable. But the supermarket near the beach is expensive, it is better to go to the center. There are exchangers. The owner of the hotel speaks English. Kleant is very sociable, pleasant and good person. Will answer all questions, always help. You can wash clothes for 2 euros.

Great value/price ratio. The room has new furniture and it was very cleany. The room has a bathroom and a kitchenette with utensils to cook, fridge, a balcony so it felt lile livong with an independent appartment. Kleant (the host) is very friendly, eager to help and provided me a lot of tips on the local attractions. He leads this guesthous with heart, foucising that the guests are feeling good and cinfortable in his place. Highly recommended!!! I will be happy to come backhere again :)

It's a peaceful and quiet place, close to the beach with pine forest. It's a little bit out of town but there is a cheap bus to the center of town just outside. The host is very helpful and it was a great place to rekax. The father's home made raki and the mother's fig's jam both good to try. The family was very welcoming. Great value of money.
