It was in general a quite positive stay!
Three things worth mentioning 1) internet sucks 2) would be worth to fill up cutlery. Plates, glasses are fine, but more forks, knifes, especially spoons would be helpful 3) window blind in main room is a joke. Window has hardly any protection but faces east towards sunrise. Short nights guaranteed

Klasse Ausstattung. Ruhig gelegen. Im Handumdrehen im Stadtzentrum. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

Hübsche Wohnung in einem sehr entspannten Wohnviertel
Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, groß genug für uns Drei und alles war vorhanden. Vor allem in der Küche gab es alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist toll. So schön ruhig und man ist mit dem Auto wirklich schnell in Warnemünde oder in der Altstadt Rostocks. Dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner (für die Hausgemeinschaft) gibt (3€/3h), ist auch sehr hilfreich. Vorhandener Parkplatz ist ebenfalls top. Die Wohnungsübergabe bei unserer Anreise war auch sehr freundlich.
Tatsächlich die Sauberkeit. Ich hatte das Gefühl, das „nur mal schnell“ durchgefegt wurde. Ich hab dann selbst gesaugt und der Ostseesand der Vormieter war weg. Zudem waren vermehrt Flecken und Spritzer an den Schranktüren (Küche und Schlafzimmer). Hab ich dann auch schnell weggewischt.

Ruhige Lage in Warnemünde/Rostock
Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Die Lage/Distanz zum Strand und Warnemünde waren für uns völlig in Ordnung und gut machbar.

Schöner Osterurlaub
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Meine Schwester ist spontan nach gereist und das war gar kein Problem. Da der Vermieter nah an der Unterkunft wohnt, wurde das Wäschepaket direkt am nächsten Tag vorbei gebracht. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
