About this apartment rental
Perfect for a vacation by the sea with two families! The "Milena" vacation home is located in a quiet, out-of-the-way area in Warnemünde. The house is divided into two separate apartments—the two-room “Jann” apartment on the first floor and the three-room “Jule” apartment in the attic, each with a terrace or balcony and its own parking space next to the house. Dear guests, welcome to Haus Milena! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The "Jann" vacation apartment, on the first floor, is approximately 50 square meters in size. It accommodates 2 to 4 guests and features, on the first floor, a living room with a gas fireplace and a double sofa bed, an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, a large terrace, and a spacious garden area, satellite TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a high-quality DAB radio with USB and Bluetooth, and a bedroom with a double bed. The floors are covered with pine laminate. You can relax and unwind in the sunny garden. Your car is safely parked on the property (included). We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).
In the same building, you can also rent the “Jule” vacation apartment on the top floor, which features 3 bedrooms, a balcony, and a parking space, and accommodates up to 5 people.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome at Haus Milena/Jann. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
