Attractive "Sonne" vacation rental for 2–4 people in the quiet "Landhaus Immenbarg," ideal as a peaceful retreat and starting point for cyclists, just a few minutes from the wide Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde.

We offer you a beautiful and well-equipped vacation apartment in Landhaus Immenbarg, quietly situated on the outskirts of the lovely Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy nature, the maritime atmosphere, and watch the migration of the cranes in spring and fall.
The “Sonne” vacation rental, located on the first floor, is approximately 43 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms feature a bright, welcoming design. The windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens. The apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed (satellite TV/radio/DVD, free Wi-Fi), a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, and a new bathroom with a shower.
On the attached south-facing terrace, which is approximately 15 square meters in size, you can relax in a wicker chair or take a seat at the table with comfortable chairs. Unwind in our beautiful vacation apartment and enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the Baltic Sea.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
At “Landhaus Immenbarg,” pet owners are welcome to bring their pets (maximum of 1 dog). Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the house and on the property. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated, for a fee) are available in an outbuilding.
A bike rental service and a horseback riding center are located nearby. Via the well-maintained bike and hiking trails, you can easily reach the Warnemünde golf course, the wide Baltic Sea beach, and downtown Warnemünde.
You can park your car in your own free parking space right next to the house and store your bicycles in a lockable, covered communal area.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die Terrasse geht seitlich zur Straße. Kontakt zum Vermieter hatten wir keinen, da wir mit der Rechnung konkrete Hinweise zur Schlüsselübergabe (Code) erhalten haben. Eine Gästekarte haben wir trotz Kurtaxe nicht in der Wohnung vorgefunden.
Zum nächsten Strandabschnitt waren es ca. 2 km. Bis zum Hotel Neptun (Mitte von der Strandpromenade) sind es 4 km.
