About this villa rental
4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool, located in a quiet area of Praia D’El Rey next to the tennis courts. The villa has wifi and is fully furnished and equipped. The living / dining room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 individual sofas and a pouf, television with international channels and DVD, dining table and chairs for 8 people. The living room windows open directly onto the patio, part of which has a wooden floor, where you will find a table and chairs for an outdoor meal by the pool where there are also several sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster. The barbecue is between the kitchen and pool. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms both with double beds, bathrooms and private balconies. The two other bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with doors leading to the outside patios. One has a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, the other two single beds and access to a bathroom with shower in the hall. This villa is located just 7 minutes walk from the golf club, practice field and playground and about 10/15 minutes walk from the beach.

We have stayed in Praia D’el Rei a number of times and always rented lovely villas. On this occasion we were disappointed with the furnishings, fittings and facilities. The bathrooms were very basic, the pool filter not working, the barbecue area was not really fit for purpose and the kitchen not fully equipped. The local agent was extremely responsive and addressed the problems we had but This property is not up to the standard we have experienced before in Praia D’el Rey. Thank you to Priscilla and her team for their pleasant efficiency
