About this house rental
This two-floor villa is warmly decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and greenery surround the house, giving you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool (8,5x4) with child safety fencing around.
When you first enter the villa, you’ll find a very wide entrance hall. Just ahead is the very comfortable living and dining room, with two large sofas facing the fireplace and TV, and a dining table for 8. Large french doors lead you to the patio, with a built in barbeque, outdoor seating and dining, and sunloungers for relaxing after a swim. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine, and there is a breakfast area with a high worktop with stools, overlooking the swimming pool.
Two of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with double doors giving access to the garden and pool. The first one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the second has two single beds and access to a bathroom next door. On the first floor you’ll find the two remaining bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms and acess to a large balcony overlooking the garden and pool, perfect for sunbathing.
Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.
Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.
Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.
A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
Free wireless internet for the exclusive use of the villa.
Bed linen and towels included.
Central heating not included from November to March, charged according to meter reading on arrival and departure.
Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m.
Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.
Arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and midnight are subject to a €25 surcharge.
Arrivals after midnight are subject to a €50 surcharge.
