Set on a quite location with only villas around, this is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa nicely furnished with views to golf course and sea.
Three of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor, all of them with en-suite bathrooms, one has 2 single beds, and the other 2 have double beds, they share a nice balcony with golf views. The 3 rd bedroom has its own private balcony. There is also a cozy living room on the 1st floor, accessed from one bedroom and from the corridor, with golf views, 2 sofas and 2 wicker-chairs. This living room has very large windows giving a very bright and fresh environment to the room. The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with LCD TV, hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, coffee maker, kettle, and direct access to a large dining room with table and chairs for 6 and two sofas. On the hallway you will find a toilet. The superb bright living-room has a very nice wooden ceiling, big leather L shaped sofa, two arm chairs and a round table with four chairs, a hood-burner, LCD TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet access and French doors giving access to outside patio, with pool (9x4,5) - heating optional with extra payment), outside you will also find a small table with 4 chairs for a meal outside the shade of the wooden porch.
