Vila Duna - Oceanfront 4 bedroom villa with private pool

Set on a quiet condominium of the Praia d’el Rey Resort where you can easily take a walk to the Beachfront, this is a spacious 4 bedroom villa decorated in a modern style. From the house you can also enjoy views to the golf course and golf lake, Berlengas island and the Atlantic Ocean.

The living and dining room and the kitchen are organized in an open floor plan, with the dining room for 10 people enjoying high ceilings and lots of big windows that let plenty of sunlight in. The living room has 3 sofas with seating for 8 people, facing the large flat-screen TV and fireplace. The windows surrounding the living and dining area give access to the the large exterior patio, with a lounge area facing the pool, perfect for relaxing on the sunloungers while enjoying the amazing views. The pool can be heated with additional payment.

Next to the dining room is the modern and fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle.

The 4 bedrooms are all located on the first floor, all with ensuite bathrooms. If you like to wake up with a picturesque view, the master bedroom is the perfect option, with a big windows that leads to a private terrace with views to the Atlantic ocean and the golf course. Two of the other bedrooms have double beds and the fourth one has two single beds, all very spacious and bright.

In the basement you’ll find a living space with a snooker table and a sofa bed. Outside, at the entrance of the house, you can also find a lounge area to enjoy the tranquility of the sea.

Vila do Golfe is a cluster of modern villas situated close to the beach in the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are a short walk away. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
