Pink House - 4 bedroom villa with private pool

Pink House is a luxury villa in Praia del Rey sleeping 8 people with 3 king size doubles, 2 singles, all with en suite bathrooms. This majestic pink villa stands in a large plot and has lovely views across the Praia del Rey golf course to the ocean. There is a large swimming pool with decking around and a good-sized garden. It’s only a gentle 5-minute stroll to the wonderful sandy beach. The view from the terrace off the master bedroom is sensational and provides another location for relaxing in the sun.

Entering the house, the feeling of light and space is impressive and furnishings are contemporary yet comfortable. The huge living room has comfortable seating for 8 to 10 people and an extending dining table currently seating 8. The large flat screen TV receives UK digital channels as well as the cable TV of the resort with many European channels, plus there is a DVD player. French doors lead out to the swimming pool and you also have a table tennis set up as well.

Walking through the dining area to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with Bosch equipment – who wouldn’t want to cook dinner with that gorgeous view! A separate utility room next to the kitchen has the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. Villa Pink House also has a half size snooker table and free WiFi.

Aldeia D. Pedro I is a small cluster of villas on the main road of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The condominium is situated next to the golf course, and located at about 400 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available to assist with any issues that may arise.
Check-in takes place in person at our office, and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a resort featuring an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodations. For golf lovers, it’s the perfect spot, as there are three additional golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this sport.

A car is required to travel to and from the resort.
