About this house rental
Casa3dici, “Tredici", is an authentic 100-year-old Italian house with 3 floors among Italians in a car-free neighborhood, not directly on the lake but about 100m above Lake Como against the mountainside. Away from the crowds but close to Bellagio and Como. Located on the Strada Regia hiking trail and ideal for families with children. The spacious house has a roof terrace with seating and parasol and a large private garden, separated from the house by a path and a few meters from the house, with gazebo and dining facilities for 8 people. Terrace and garden both with a view over the lake. The house is wonderfully cool and comfortable in the summer. The pebble beach on the lake can be reached via a public staircase of 200 steps. Our guests can use our 2 kayaks on the lake. Visit Lezzeno, Bellagio, the beautiful villas and gardens around the lake or the chic shops and market in Como. Milan can be easily be reached by car or train. You can hike or cycle in the area. There are 2 bicycles with helmets available for our guests. Of course you can also enjoy delicious food in the garden with the large BBQ or at one of the fantastic restaurants in the area, some within walking distance of Casa3dici. Parking space around Lake Como is limited so we are very happy to offer private parking space for one car.

We loved our stay here, the rooftop area and the other outdoor area across the path were lovely areas to relax in. The beds were comfy but you have to walk through the bunk bed room to get to one of the double rooms. The area is so beautiful with some brilliant restaurants

We enjoyed our stay in Lezzeno very much. The small village offers everything we need.
It was great that we could use the two canoes which belong to Casa3dici.

The house was just perfect for our family of seven. Short walk to the lake, local shop and Bar. Some of us even managed to go for a quick swim in the crispy chilli water of lake Como. Beautiful views!!
We'll definitely cherish the moments we spent in your house.

Organisation sehr gut. Vermieter antworten sofort, sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten uns anhand der Beschreibung etwas ganz Anderes vorgestellt, der Garten ist schräg gegenüber dem Haus und im September sehr schattig, der Blick zum See durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt. Der Garten ist zum Haus darunter nicht abgegrenzt. Die Dachterrasse ist klein, der Innenhof kein schöner Anblick, im Stehen auf einer Seite eingeschränkter Blick auf den See. Wer gerne urig, in einem alten ( gut renoviertem und gut ausgestattetetem) engen und dunklen ( das ist natürlich klar, da die Fenster klein sind und die Nachbarhäuser direkt gegenüber sind) Haus wohnt, ist hier richtig. Am engen Fußweg zum Haus gibt einen Hundezwinger mit einem aggressiv bellenden Hund und auch im Haus gegenüber gibt es einen Hund. Für uns war das leider nichts, sodass wir nicht geblieben sind.
Die alte Siedlung aus Steinhäusern hat schon Charme, wir haben uns allerdings sehr beengt gefühlt. Aber trotzdem ,danke an die netten Vermieter,die auf jedes Mail sofort reagiert haben!
