Clean and modern appartment with a great view of Lake Como. Close to a restaurant and the lake with a beach. The ferry service is a 10 minute walk, which makes the appartment a great base for exploring the lake.
Busy and somewhat noisy environment due to the proximity to the main road and a bar/shop which is stocked early in the morning. Due to the lack of airconditioning it is required to keep the windows open at night, which means the noisy environment can be a little annoying.

Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful sceneray
Stairs, no electrical socket in kitchen, shortage in shampoo and shower gel. No dishwasher and no wine cups.

Location was excellent and Emi made us feel very welcome and shared lots of information about what to see, restaurants etc. Also left a little basket of goodies on arrival which was a huge help. Definitely would recommend staying here. Loved having drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake. Perfect stay!!

Its value for money. Emi is an amazing host, easily reachable via whatsapp, very informative. Apartment is Best for winter.
The apartment does not have air condition and the noise from the below BAR(If bedroom window is open). So In summer it becomes real tough to get a peaceful sleep.
