Reco

The appartment is big enough for a family with 2 kids. The kitchen is however small, but it is clear from the photos. The bathroom is on the other hand big enough. There are also many balconies, so you can sit during evenings and look at the sea or to the wood. The road to the appartment is very advantageous, the road is very tight, but we never had a problem when we met other car. The owner is very active (although she is not on the place), but she was very helpful to solve our tasks - this is not usual in other apparments, so I have to really appreciate this.

Cleaning can be better. There should be some reparations done, as the appartment is a little older.

Great apartment with a great view

Clean appartment. It has 3 balconies (from 2 you can see the sea) so you can choose whether you want to sit in the sun or shade. Great shower and comfy bed. All windows had rolling shutters, so keeping the heat and sunlight out was doable. Restaurants within walking distance (25 minutes, although it is a bit of a climb)

Kitchen utilities weren't all very clean. Not all balconies have chairs/table so you have to move furniture around.

nice apartment but need extra effort.

Apartment still was good nice view on the mountains.

Washing machine wasn't working, was one the reason we booked the place. no kettle to boul water, the offer you a hair dryer and a iron but only one electric wall plug in the hall can be used so not very handy or useful. missing paper towels. no trash bags were available. very disappointed for the paid amount... under the bed wasn't clean and still see dust. dog fur was still be found on the table. as the this a humid area there are mosquitos, would be nice to have anti mosquitos products to push them away.

A very nice apartment, finely decorated and with stunning views.

A number of small but quite irritating things. No light in the kitchen, owen not working, cleaning not up to standard, no wineglasses, very dull knifes, no knife for cutting bread, and no corkscrew! We asked to get some wineglasses but were told this was not included. Hey this is after all ITALY, there can be no such thing as a fully equipped kitchen without wineglasses and a corkscrew.

Il proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni ora, il panorama dalla finestra è meraviglioso. Appartamento grande e completo di tutto con parcheggio comodo.

Purtroppo e dico purtroppo, non mi è piaciuto affatto la scarsissima attenzione alla pulizia, appena entrati l'odore non è stato del tutto gradevole, il pavimento era sporco, c'era polvere un pò dappertutto ed il cassetto delle posate era pieno di residui di ogni tipo e così via. Su questo, siamo rimasti delusi, peccato.
