Amazing stay, nice views - but there are caveats

Nice apartment, on the top of the hill with beautiful views. Outside area is well designed, new, you also can access grill area. Inside was nice, spacious. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Lastly the host was very helpful - which definitely improved our stay and corrected small problems quite quickly Also - Sestri Levante is beautiful city and you can go to Cinque Terre via train easily

First of all, be aware that you book 1/2 apartments, and owner lives on top (we barely saw them, so thats fine). The reason I am saying is because booking.com stated "entire villa" - which is misleading. The other 2 things which a bit complicated our stay is - no washing machine (which is not convenient for longer stay - hey, but easy to fix?). The other is - pool is not heated. We stayed early May, where outside temp 22-24, on top of hill it is very warm, but it is impossible to use pool, because its too cold. Kids were disappointed

Amazing view from the hill, modern apartment, sweet pool. Good value for money.

You don’t feel welcomed. First time in my traveling life there were no even simple soap for the hands. Three different people texting you on booking and whatsapp, asking your document several times. When you are about to leave, you have to tell the exact time in advance, even if the check out is at the 10:00, they will ask you one more time, so they will come to check the apartment before you leave. Tricky road up to the hill to the villa.

Nice modern shared villa. Enough space and and nice pool.

Easy booking process and key pick up as well as check out. The place was roomy and the pool was nice.

Although the place is high on a hill you can still hear the traffic in the garden/pool. It is also not clear in the ad that there are two apartments adjacent to each other that share the outdoor space. You frequently run into other people so you don’t have the entire place to yourself.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit gepflegtem großen Pool

Es gibt einen schönen großen Pool, der immer sauber gehalten wird. Ruheliegen mit dicken Auflagen und zwei sonnengeschützte Sitzgruppen stehen zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist großzügig mit zwei getrennten Duschen. Es gibt eine Außenküche mit urigem Essbereich. Der Service Empfang war sehr nett. Die Familie, die dort im Haus dauerhaft mit wohnt, war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Geschirr in der Küche ist zusammen gewürfelt. Leider fehlen einheitliche Tassen ,Teller und Besteck. Die Auffahrtsstraße zur Ville Letizia ist sehr schmal und abenteuerlich.Der Weg hinauf ist eine kleine Herausforderung , es ist aber machbar.
