A Perfect Family Getaway – Exceeded All Expectations!
We stayed at the villa with a large group of family members, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. We rented several different apartments within the villa, which made it perfect for spending time together while still having privacy when needed. Each apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, so in addition to dining at the many nearby restaurants, we were also able to cook at home using fresh local ingredients from the nearby shops. The food in the area is incredibly tasty, and grocery stores offered a great selection of local produce. The villa itself is beautiful, and despite the slightly cooler weather, our children still swam in the pool every single day. The pools were spotless and very well maintained. The surroundings are stunning – peaceful location with breathtaking views from the villa. Both the property manager and Christina, who lives on-site, were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with everything from finding the best local weather spots to recommending the nicest beaches. We highly recommend this place!

Nice villa in green scenery with great pools
Beautiful villa and garden in a quiet, green setting, with a great view of the nearby mountains. The garden has a large seating area. The pools were very clean and well maintained. Great coffee maker and coffee included. The caretaker lady, who stays on the property, was extremely helpful and kind—she did her best to take care of all our requests and solve any problems that came up.
We booked two two-bedroom apartments. One of them was great, but the other, located on the ground floor, was in fact a one-bedroom unit—the second "bedroom" was actually part of the living area, with one of the double beds and the kitchen in the same room. Additionally, the bathroom could only be accessed through the other bedroom, which was uncomfortable and lacked privacy. Some of the equipment and furniture were in need of renovation—for example, there was no reading lamp, and the washing machine gave small electric shocks.

Excellent place amidst nature
Excellent experience! Very quiet and serene place in the middle of nature, yet close to several places of interest. I especially liked the pristine cleanliness, spacious rooms, very good furniture, air condition in both rooms. However, although it was hot outside, there was no need to use the A/C at all. Perfectly functioning kitchen with enough of kitchenware and utensils. There are several places to hang out on the venue which is remarkable. There's free parking on the premise. I should mention the very welcoming Lyubov who made us feel at ease. I also got some hints on local restaurants from one host - Nadia, and got checked by the other host - Andreas - if everything was fine upon our arrival. Very very good experience communicating with the hosts and stuff. Thank you guys! You made us feel welcomed indeed!

Cycling group "IRON BARS"
The villa was large, spacious, well furnished, there was also a grill and a common seating area. Clean environment, pools and rooms. The staff, especially Luba, was very nice, helpful and accommodating, basically always available. Communication with the owner was smooth, also very helpful. Overall, I would rate the accommodation in Italy as very good. Our cycling group had all 4 apartments booked, so we were not disturbed by other guests.
There was nothing like that that was explicitly bad or would obstruct us.
