About this house rental
In an old mill, used in the past to press the olives of our land, and just finished restructuring with care, passion and attention to detail, we will be happy to accommodate you in an apartment consisting of two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette.
Outdoor garden equipped with table, chairs, umbrella to enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air and deck chairs to relax in the sun.
The house has a large private car park which leads to the property with a short and comfortable staircase.
The house is in a quiet and sunny position about 1.2 km from the center of Casarza Ligure and about 7 minutes by car from the Sestri Levante motorway exit.
The beaches of Sestri Levante and Riva Trigoso are about 10 minutes by car or bus or easily reachable even with the bike path that starts from the center of Casarza Ligure.
In addition, in ten minutes you can also reach the Sestri Levante train station from which to go on trips to Genoa, characteristic for its historic center and the Aquarium, Camogli and the 5 Terre, which can also be reached by boat departing from the small port of Sestri Levante from which you can also leave for Portofino and S. Fruttuoso.
In addition to the sea, trips can be made to our inland areas such as Val di Vara (Varese Ligure) or Val D'Aveto (Santo Stefano D'Aveto).
For those who love walking on foot, there is a dense network of paths that go from the sea to the hinterland, it is advisable to do it in the cooler season (from mid-September to the beginning of May).
Starting from the house for bicycle lovers, innumerable are the itineraries to travel both on the sea and in the green valleys.
We live in the adjacent house where you can easily consult us for advice, information and needs.

Excellent house - we are a couple but plenty of room for four. Good use of heated pool as well as days out - Genoa, cinque terre, Portofino and if you like Roman ruins, Luni is less than an hour's drive. Nearby restaurants good for pizza and taverna dei peccatori for good value/quality local food.

What a prime location! We have not come across them more complete and tidy than this. Everything is clean, spick and span and complete. A wonderful place, lots of space and lovingly cared for by the owner. Beautiful plants and flowers and a nice and clean swimming pool, lawn, sunbeds, garden benches, etc. Top quality. From here it is easy to go (e.g. by train) to Cinque Terra, Genoa, Portefino or to Baia di Silenzio.
