About this apartment rental
The holiday home "to pier 6" in Neppermin was 2014/15 a complete renovation and is now available to our guests. It is located in a sunny location about 60 meters from the backwaters (Nepperminer lake with a swimming area, boat rentals, fish restaurant) and the pier. It is particularly suitable for water sports enthusiasts, anglers and nature lovers, as the backwaters "before the door is" and invite the two Birds Islands Böhmke and Werder watching. The places Balm golf, Benz Museum Feininger, who was here 1908-1912 several times and z. B. "Moonrise in Neppermin" painted windmill (once extensively restored by the painter Niemeyer-Holstein) and Mellenthin with water castle and catering are both 3 km away.
To the Baltic Sea beach Bansin about 6 km, the Feininger cycling trail leads right past the house and you can ride on the bike path directly to the Baltic Sea.
The ground floor apartment is surrounded by 600 sqm large garden plot with a south and a south facing terrace. The apartment has a large living, dining area with fireplace, kitchen with stove and hob (incl. Microwave), dishwasher and TV.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Garten in super Lage. Das Achterwasser ist praktisch " direkt um die Ecke". Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen sind.

Wunderschön gelegenes Objekt, sehr geräumige Wohnung mit nettem Vermieter. So konnte man auch mal Regentage auf der Sonneninsel als Familie problemlos überbrücken

Was gut war: schöne Lage, netter Vermieter, schöner Garten
Was nicht so gut war: Wohnung war absolut nicht sauber, Möbel sehr abgelebt und unbequem (Bett und Sofa)
