The property was very clean and comfortable and very close to Petersfield. There is a deer farm that backs onto the property with deer coming close to the windows. Air conditioning also made the stay much more comfortable in the heat.

Great location! nice and quiet just what we wanted ☺️ lovely hosts it was nice that they came over to welcome us ☺️ we had a heat wave when we went so the air con was amazing!! So peaceful would love to stay again ☺️ Dog friendly which was such a bonus ☺️
Literally only thing was I would have liked a little bin in the bathroom for the ladies ☺️

The serenity, comfortable bed and facilities well thought of it had all you need for a stop over and not far from the A272 making it easy to reach A3. Place is quiet which l like no cars driving past to interrupt your night.
It was cold but l feel the cold than most people especially the lounge overall great place. Wonderful host S who was very helpful throughout.
