Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please.) Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach. Free parking on the roads to the front and rear of the property. We were in town to visit our daughter attending the University and Hils cottage was very convenient to the University and downtown. We have stayed at many rentals through the years and her cottage was one of the best we have stayed at. It was very clean, spacious and we felt comfortable right away. As Hils mentions in her listing, we were not able to find parking in the front of her cottage for the 2 days we were there but always found room on the street behind. Our bed was comfortable and we appreciated the living room and dining room to spend time with our daughter. We would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting Chichester.
