About this cottage rental
The Annexe is a lovely beach themed living space with spacious upstairs double bedroom and smaller downstairs living space with 1-2 additional single beds plus kitchenette area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with your own separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK on request! We provide a microwave (and 2 ring worktop cooker if required).
We are close to Southend Barns, the beaches at West Wittering and East Head, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage on request.
The Annexe is ideal for either 1 or 2 adults (sleeping in upstairs double bed bedroom) or adult(s) with up to 2 children (sleeping in single beds downstairs). If 2 couples book and the second couple want to use the downstairs single beds, that's also fine although the bathroom can only be accessed through the downstairs living area where the single beds are. (The Annexe is quite small for 4 adults.) When not in use, the 2nd single bed slides under the first to form a day bed/sofa. In the kitchenette, there is a sink, mini fridge and a microwave. Please note there is no door between the upstairs and downstairs areas, just a staircase. The whole annexe is open plan with a door for the bathroom.
N.B, The property is not suitable for elderly people with mobility issues as the staircase only has a banister rail on one side and some people find the staircase steep.
Guest access
The Annexe has its own separate front door accessed from the drive and independent of our house. Use of front garden for well behaved children and pets! There is plenty of parking on the drive for 2 guest cars.

Delightful property. Julie was on site to greet us and remained available if needed. The property is ideally located for easy access to Chichester and Goodwood. Parking is easy and overall excellent value .

Property clean and well presented with excellent communication with the host both before and during our stay. Tea, coffee and breakfast basics provided by the host. The Spotted Cow pub 5 mins away serves excellent food if you want to eat out.Accommodation is compact but more than adequate for a short stay.Well located for access to Chichester and the surrounding area.

The hosts are lovely. Great location and the annex was lovely. Everything you need for a short stay. The spotted cow pub is very close (2 min walk) and food is good and good value for money.
