Location was very convenient being situated 10 minutes out of Chichester with easy access to the shops and surrounding areas and beaches. Lodge is compact and bijou but contains everything required for a pleasant stay. Very clean and tidy with wet room shower, comfortable beds and lounge / decked area overlooking the lake. Check out was easy.
Very small bunk room but we didn't need to use it. It would benefit from a clock in the lounge area and definitely a shelf in the bathroom to put a toothbrush etc on. Whilst the directions and postcode are given and correct it is rather easy to miss the entrance to the lodges. It can be noisy at times outside due to the proximity of major roads.

Situated overlooking a lake which is very peaceful. Good level of facilities inside the lodge. Only small issue was the size of the second bedroom in the lodge named Monty. As my daughter was in there, it was adequate for her but not big enough for any kind of storage for clothes:
Literally just the size of the second bedroom but it was fine for a child. Everything else made up for it.

Good instructions, near some facilities. Pleasant view. Great if prepared to drive or get taxis to venues. Nice if want to just chill.
Couldn't walk too pub or restaurant. The place could do with some TLC. Not very private if busy. Cannot use lake.
