About this house rental

Welcome to our holiday home 'Grenzblick' in the small fishing village of Kamminke on the island of Usedom. The picturesque fishing village of Kamminke is located at the northeastern point of Usedom on the Stettiner Haff with a panoramic view of the northern mainland of Germany. Kamminke has a shallow harbor and a fine sandy beach with a steep coast. Our house was built in 2006 and has a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed and a single bed and a cot as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area. There are also shower / toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer, toaster and satellite TV. At the house you can enjoy the summer evenings on the terrace with garden furniture and grill. A parking space for your car is available. You can also book breakfast or half board in the Haffblick restaurant. The restaurant is about 20 m from the house.

Welcome to our holiday home 'Grenzblick' in the small fishing village of Kamminke on the island of Usedom. Wir haben die herrliche Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in Kamminke sehr genossen. In der sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern , es ist alles vorhanden, die Küchengeräte sind alle neu. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Thelke war sehr herzlich . Die Erkundung des Hinterlandes der Insel Usedom mit dem Fahrrad ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man ist auch sehr schnell an den Seebädern und in Swinemünde. Um dem Lärm und der Hektik des Alltags zu entfliehen, werden wir gern mal wiederkommen. Karin und Christian , Urlaub im Mai 2022

Absolut zu empfehlen. Die Familie ist super lieb wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Kamminke ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort mit wahnsinnig viel Charme. Es lohnt sich total dort Urlaub zu machen. Die Strände auf Usedom sind wundervoll und auch sonst gibt es viel zu sehen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Familie Theelke. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Auto und Fahrräder konnten wir auf dem Hof sicher abstellen. Mein kleiner Sohn konnte sich frei auf dem Hof bewegen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und Frau Theelke hat alles gezeigt und tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gehabt. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort bietet einen schönen Strand, der nicht überlaufen ist und Platz zum buddeln für die Kids bietet. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell nach Polen, die Radwege sind auf der Insel gut ausgebaut und ein paar Geheimtipps gab es von Familie Theelke auch. Und falls mal kein Strandwetter war, bot Usedom viele Ausflugsziele. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Das war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Alles Wichtige vorhanden! Wir konnten jeden Tag draußen auf der hauseigenen Terasse essen und die Ruhe genießen! Die Nähe zum Hafen war sehr attraktiv und die Umgebung hat Charme. Ausgesprochen freundlich waren die Vermieter und sehr darauf bedacht, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Das ein abgeschlossenes Hoftor dafür sorgt, dass das Auto auch nachts immer in Sicherheit ist, ließ uns alle besonders tief und fest schlafen!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt im kleinen Ferienhäuschen der Familie Theelke in Kamminke, am Ende der deutschen Welt. Ein Kanal trennt Deutschland und Polen, und man kann mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten in Swenemünde sein. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, aber zweckmäßig mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieterfamilie hat uns bei allen Fragen immer unterstützt und wir bekamen sogar selbst gebackenen Kuchen! Ein Stern wird abgezogen wegen folg. Einschränkungen: Zum Schlafen muss man eine Treppe nach oben steigen, und oben aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf anstößt wegen der Dach-schräge. Der Freiplatz außen ist ideal, aber es wäre schöner, wenn dieser ein bisschen abgeschirmt wäre.

Herrliche Gegend, direkt an der polnischen Grenze gelegen. Sehr freundliche Familie, vielen Dank für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Es hat mir und meinem Sohn viel Spaß bereitet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten & Attraktionen im Norden der Insel, ruhige Lage im Süden. Prima war auch der Strandzugang in 2-5min, für kleine Wasserratten optimal. Ihnen wünschen wir noch einen schönen Sommer, freundliche Mieter und viel Gesundheit.

Das kleine Häuschen auf dem Gelände der Vermieter bietet viel Ruhe für die Städter, die ständig dem Auto- und anderem Lärm ausgeliefert sind. Das Häuschen ist sauber und es fehlt eigentlich nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Das Schlafzimmer (im Spitzdach gelegen) ist für Menschen über 1,70 m groß etwas zu klein geraten. Auch unseren 3. Sommerurlaub verbrachten wir hier in Kamminke, in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Wie immer war die Betreuung fantastisch! Wer einen familären und friedlichen Urlaub verbringen möchte, mit tollem und vor allem ruhigen Strand, ist hier genau richtig! Nur zu empfehlen. Klein aber fein. Wir waren eine Woche in Kamminke. Das Stettiner Haff ist nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Kamminke ist ein kleines ruhiges Örtchen, ideal um mal abzuspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Für unseren kleinen Sohn war alles notwendige vorhanden. Auch die Erstaustattung mit den wichtigen Untesilien war vorhanden, was wir von Ferienwohnungen / Häusern gar nicht gewohnt waren. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder hinfahren!!!
