Cozy and central

Really nice location and central. Super cozy and modern apartment.

Unfortunately a few things were broken and not working like wall sockets and one thermostat.

Świetne miejsce na mapie Świnoujścia! :) Komfortowy, elegancki apartament z tarasem i potrzebnym wyposażeniem (lodówka, czajnik, naczynia, kuchenka, suszarka do włosów). W łazience kosmetyki do ciała i włosów. :)Wygodna forma odbioru kluczy o każdej porze dzięki sejfom przed wejściem. Serdecznie polecam! :)

Można by umieścić instrukcje obsługi kuchenki w widocznym miejscu, po za tym wszystko w porządku.

Es war insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war sauber (bis auf Kalk an der Duschkabine). Alles soweit vorhanden, was man für vier Tage benötigt. Ruhige Lage.

Die Matratzen waren zu hart, die Bettdecke für zwei Personen viel zu klein. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation sehr schlecht. Da das Zimmer offenbar doppelt verbucht wurde, gab es beim einchecken Probleme und wir konnten das Zimmer nicht sofort beziehen. Telefonisch konnte dann aber geholfen werden.

Die Lage war super, man braucht nicht lange um einen Einkaufsladen, den Markt oder die Promenade zu finden. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Personal reagiert schnell und freundlich, wenn doch einmal ein Problem sein sollte. Die Parkplatzmöglichkeit war super vor der Tür.

Die Toilettenspülung ging halt nicht richtig und hat ein Problem dargestellt. Das Personal hat aber super schnell und freundlich reagiert und eine Problemlösung gehabt. Leider ist uns aufgefallen das die normale Heizung nicht reagiert hat und so war es in der Nacht ein bisschen kühl.

Bez luksusów, ale czysto i przyzwoicie za rozsądną cenę. Blisko sklepy i przystanki autobusowe. Odległość do morza na nogach też przystępna. Jedyny minus to bardzo słabo działający internet w tym budynku.

Bardzo przyjemna lokalizacja do zatrzymania się w Świnoujściu. Może nie jest przy plaży, ale można to pominąć. Czysto, łatwy kontakt z obsługą, samoobsługa przy meldowaniu, więc można przyjechać o dowolnej godzinie. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, mini tarasik, komfortowo, niczego nie brakowało.

Minus tylko, że w mieszkaniu na samym dole (gdzie się zatrzymaliśmy) bardzo słuchać np. spłukiwanie wody w górnej łazience. W nocy trochę to problematyczne, bo przeszkadza.

Darmowy parking obok domu. Ciepła woda w stłuczce :D Ogólnie wystrój całkiem fajny. Bezpieczna i cicha okolica. Szybki bezproblemowy internet. Całkiem wygodne łóżko. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Opinia dotyczy pokoju nr 1.

Słuchawka w prysznicu nie działała, tylko deszczownica była sprawna. W telewizji filmy prawie wszystkie po niemiecku. Pościel trochę śmierdziała jak by octem albo jakaś mocną chemią. Drzwi do łazienki ciężko się zamykają. Trochę mały taras. Za mało papieru toaletowego.

Der Zugang zur Terrasse war etwas eng. Man musste immer aufpassen, das man sich den Kopf nicht stößt.

GWybrałem ofertę pokoju z balkonem a ulokowano nas w pomieszczeniu na parterze z małym odgrodzonym drewnianym parkanem chodnikiem. Pokój niski a przez parkan niesamowicie zaciemniony. Brak kontaktu z właścicielem obiektu. Sprzątająca tam Pani moją uwagę dotyczącą pomyłki w przydzieleniu nam pokoju skwitowała z uśmiechem, że nie ma innych wolnych pokoi a właściciel jest na Florydzie. Cienko… Może tak od czasu do czasu warto byłoby sprawdzić zamieszczone oferty? Przecież udostępniacie je i zarabiacie na tym.

Alles zusammen, haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die ruhige Lage, der Balkon und die saubere moderne Einrichtung haben uns gut gefallen.

Weil wir zu zweit als Freundinnen unterwegs waren hätten wir uns zwei Bettdecken gewünscht. Es war nur eine vorhanden + zwei Kopfkissen.

Łóżko, markowe kosmetyki pod prysznicem. Kawa i herbata dla wynajmujących. I ogólna czystość.

Niestety ktoś zabrudził toaletę i nie posprzątał po sobie. I hałaśliwi sąsiedzi nade mną i nie szanujący ciszy nocnej. Ale na to akurat właściciele nie mają większego wpływu.

Гарні апартаменти, в зручному для мене місці але трохи далеко від моря, для мене було не проблемою. Є балкон, кімната достатньо велика, мені сподобалось!

Sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

War alles super, wir waren positiv überrascht. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet + dekoriert, wurden herzlich vom Personal empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einzige Mankos: Tür klemmte ziemlich, Regendusche war etwas defekt, gab aber noch nomale Handdusche und es gab nur eine große Bettdecke (sicher Gewöhnungssache), aber gab immer hin eine Tagesdecke zum ausweichen. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass das freundliche Personal auf Anfrage noch eine zweite gestellt hätte. Wir waren aber nur eine Nacht hier und beließen es deshalb dabei.

Супер.Отличная локализация,очень тихий район,рядом магазины.До центра близко.Номер чистый,есть возможность смотреть ТВ.Горячая вода ,посуда ,матрас на кровати очень удобный,полотенца белоснежные .
