Jak na lokalizację w mieście miejsce ciche i spokojne . Jest gdzie spacerować z psem . Bardzo blisko Lidl i niedaleko bardzo ładna, uzdrowiskowa i portowa część Świnoujścia . Blisko jest również granicy Polsko - Niemieckiej ( polecamy zobaczyć nadmorskie miejscowości po stronie naszych zachodnich sąsiadów tj. Ahlbeck , Heringsdorf i Bansin ) . Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem posesji .
