This is our third time renting from you and every time something was either not working or broken.

Location

Washer was broken from day 1, next time make sure that everything in apartment is working properly! We had to spend extra money to wash our clothes at a laundromat.No direct customers service besides chat- this is really unacceptable!

Not too bad, but not worth the money

1. Towels and bed linen are sparkling clean 2. Close to train station and Lidl 3. Dual-band internet (2.4G + 5G) 4. Shower gel, shampoo, and soap provided 5. Toaster - awesome to prepare a quick snack 6. 20-25 minutes walk to the beach (cycling is the best option, really)

1. No designated parking space, "free street parking" where it's impossible to find a slot (other cars parked everywhere including walkways or grass spots) 2. Check-in process was messed up. Parking & check-in took us more than 1 hour. 3. Thin walls and noisy neighbors (oh, and they put their waste bags next to your door) 4. 2nd floor without an elevator and with a waste container view 5. Uncomfortable sofas instead of normal bed (you have to make the bed yourself) 6. No air conditioning - the apartment is on the sunny side 7. Automated payment didn't work (despite the card always worked with the other hotels), had to call support (3 different people/numbers) and spend 45 minutes on the phone to figure it out.

the bathroom drain was clogged, both in the shower and the sink, the bed was awful, I couldn't turn around without a heavens noise

Czystość, lokalizacja, wyposażenie

Dekoder nie łapie sygnału z anteny, nie jest to dla mnie problem, bo nie używam telewizji, chciałem tylko włączyć w tle. Zgłaszam więc ten problem żeby inni mogli z tego skorzystać.

Angenehme Tage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür,zum Bahnhof sind es etwa vier,ins Zentrum zehn und zur Promenade fünfzehn Minuten. Also alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Dar Aufenthalt in Swinemünde hat uns gefallen.Kritikpunkte wurden genannt.

Lage,das Preis -Leistungs-Verhältnis,die Ruhe !!! Alles,was Andere in ihren Bewertungen als positiv eingestuft haben, stimmt und muss nicht wiederholt werden.

Alle Schlaf und Sitzgelegenheiten waren urlaubsunwürdig.Die Plastestühle waren extrem hart,die Couch war durchgesessen und die Betten durchgelegen.Alles also sehr unbequem.Für 2-3 Tagen kein Problem, für 2 Wochen nicht so toll. Im Voraus hätte man wissen müssen,dass ein Handtuchtausch auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht vorgesehen ist.Man braucht nicht alle 2 Tage neue Handtücher,aber nach einer Woche dann schon.

Günstige Reise mit nur kleinem Komfort

Die Unterkunft war innen sehr sauber und weitgehend gut ausgestattet, um sich Essen zu machen. Super fanden wir die Waschmaschine, da konnten wir ordentlich an Gepäcksparen,was praktisch ist,wenn man mit der Bahn anreist.

Die "Bettcouch" eignet sich nur für schmale Leute und leider verrutscht das Betttuch auf dem Leder.Der Balkon sah auf den Bildern ansprechender aus, als in Original,falls sich jmd.daran stören sollte.
