The "Verde" flat in Świnoujście is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a modern building that was completed in 2010 and is part of the "Platan Complex" complex. In the immediate vicinity of the "Platan Complex" there is a fitness studio, a Thai massage studio and a bicycle hire centre. There are shops such as Biedronka supermarket and LIDL nearby, as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants. The flat is also just 700 metres from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy for you to travel to Germany.
It is a very spacious and fully equipped flat with bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with total area of 47 m2 and a large terrace with a sofa set. It is the perfect place to feast with your loved ones and spend long summer evenings in comfort and privacy.
