Superb

Very modern building and hotel. Extremely serviceminded staff. So pleased. WiFi worked excellent at all times and a major plus was the bigger TV with Netflix! The room even had an oven (plus stowe and electric kettle). This is definitely a business that takes service and quality seriously!

Only thing to note is busy road outside and location isn't the best but not bad either. Definitely recommends this hotel!

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are looking for a headache, RUDE staff and NOT helpful!!!!!!!!!!

location was good, everything was new and luxurious

we had TWO units and TWO cars but was given ONE parking.. (the staff told us that the street nearby was free to park, but we got a ticket), somebody hit our car and no one did anything about that, there was animal hair on the couch and we were allergic, the pictures online are DECEIVING!!!!! they tricked us by using an angle in the mirror to make the room look twice as big!!!!

Lokalizacja, czystość, wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, łazienki.

Sofa do spania rozkładana na wzór łóżka, niestety niewygodna , na środku lekko wgłębiona . Osoby starsze mogą mieć kłopot z rozłożeniem . Obecnie muszę stosować pomoc farmakologiczną na obolały kręgosłupa. Na przyszłość pomimo pozostałych pozytywnych atutów nie wybiorę apartamentru Matejki 17 o nr 21. Pozdrawiam Irena Sadowska

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub nach unseren Vorstellungen.

10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und auch zum Hafen. Bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Kommunikation sehr gut, es hat alles geklappt. Sogar Spül- und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do plaży spokojnym spacerkiem 15 minut, wszystkie atrakcje i potrzebne sklepy w niedalekiej odległości. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament - tak jak w domu. Rozkładane łóżko niezbyt wygodne, ale te kilka dni nie ma co narzekać. Mieliśmy pokój od strony parku, więc było dosyć ciemno, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało ważne, że było cicho i spokojnie. Jedyna moja uwaga to w kuchni przydałyby się ręczniki papierowe i mały okapnik na naczynia. Co prawda była zmywarka, ale dla 3 kubków i 3 talerzy nie opłaca się jej włączać. Na pewno drugi raz skorzystalibyśmy z tej miejscówki.

Modernes Apartment in Swinemünde

Modernes und sehr schönes Apartment in einem recht neuen Haus. Sauber, geschmackvoll und umfassend ausgestattet. Parkplatz am Haus, WLAN stabil, Schlüsselübergabe im Büro der Verwaltungsfirma der Immobilie, wirkt alles sehr professionell. Zimmer nach hinten ins Grüne, sehr ruhig. Den Balkon haben wir jahreszeitlich bedingt kaum genutzt, er liegt aber sehr schön. Innenstadt, Bahnhof der UBB (fährt mit deutschen Ticket bis Swinemünde), Strandpromenade, alles gut erreichbar (10 - 15 min Fußweg). Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Als Bett dient ein Schlafsofa, das auszuklappen ist. Das ist nicht ganz so komfortabel und bequem wie eine richtige Matratze, ist aber der Raumgröße geschuldet. Für Bett UND Sitzecke fehlt schlicht der Platz, weil's nicht ganz so groß ist. Wirklich zu beanstanden gab es aber nichts.
