Our first night in Poland was so peaceful and relaxing.

Never again in this apartment

Furniture were old and destroyed. In the bedroom was no place for moving. Old destroyed bad together with furniture like desk & chair which I had to move to another room because there were no place to get into bed. No possible for two people. Balcony furniture completely not for used - destroyed and dirty. On the whole balcony grass and other plants. There were only three towels.

Ok to stay for few days for its money

This apartment are really huge. Very sunny: it has big window and small but very pleasant yard. The house is new so everything is rather comfortable. Large kitchen: many plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons. Quiet place. Very nice owner, was always in touch, allowed us to come a little bit earlier then check in time.

In the photo, the whole apartment looks 5 years younger! Furniture very old. I have seen few comments before but the owner doesn't fix anything. The sounds of bad was terrible, creaking on each move! If you want to have a quiet rest you will not succeed. Dishwash machine doesn't work. When you switch it on it opens the door ))))) kitchen looks rather modern, but not a single frying pan and only two pans, one of which did not fit induction. More small broken things which are not very important to have a good rest but poison the whole picture of the apartment (

Passable

The location was good, nice neighborhood, with access to all kinds shops and facilities, the area is quite and buildings are relatively new. It takes 15 minutes to get to the beach, not particularly close, especially if you are with kids and carry a lot of stuff with you, but still reasonable.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, yes it is spacious, yes it has all the stuff you can see, but these pictures were either taken 5 years ago or someone played with them in photoshop, particularly if you consider that the apartment has been called deluxe! it is nowhere near deluxe. It is just a regular, worn out apartment. The biggest disappointment was the bedroom and the bed, which is a piece of uncomfortable and small furniture, definitely not a bed that you would expect in the bedroom in a holiday apartment (deluxe!). There are much better apartments in the complex for that range of price. The host did not even showed up to give you the key, you collect it yourself. Ok, I get it, it is much easier, but feels like they don't care. Don't recommend.

Schöne große Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist groß und modern ausgestattet. Das Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants und der Strand mit der langen Promenade sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig in einer modernen gesicherten Wohnanlage. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend vor der Wohnanlage vorhanden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und die Wohnung kann ich unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Mieszkanie do remontu

Duże łóżko w sypialni, parking pod oknami, rolety zewnętrzne - przydatne ze względu na latarnie świecące prosto w okna. Dobra lokalizacja na spokojnym osiedlu.

Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, ogólny brud. Śmierdząca zmywarka, guma w pralce czarna od pleśni, zapach stęchlizny w łazience, pleśń na suficie. Brak wieszaków na ręczniki, półek pod prysznicem oraz uszczelki w kabinie przez co woda wylewała się na łazienkę. Dostępne ręczniki kąpielowe ale tylko jeden mały do rąk na cały tydzień dla trzech osób... Dostępne łóżeczko dla dziecka miało wyrwany zamek co stwarzało niebezpieczeństwo, że dziecko wypadnie. Brak oświetlenia w kuchni, a także jakichkolwiek nocnych lampek. Wszystkie drzwi nadają się do wymiany, łazienkowe trzeba było dociskać siłą a do sypialni zamykały się tylko poprzez mocne trzaśnięcie. Przy śpiącym niemowlaku było to bardzo uciążliwe.

Ubytování které neurazí ale ani nenadchne.

Bydleli jsme v přízemí v domě zdobím zabezpečením přes kód a majitel velmi rychle reagoval když jsme cokoliv potřebovali. Byla tam příjemná velká terasa a příjemné bylo že se daly přes den nebo večer stáhnout venkovní žaluzie. V okolí ubytování je dost obchůdků i restaurace.

Tento konkrétní byt nebyl na fotografiích. Majitel má pravděpodobně v domě více bytů. Tento byt má sice vše co potřebujete, ale je tam vidět velké zanedbani. Postel co se musí utáhnout, skrinky kde nesedí nebo upadávají dvířka, ulomený držák na sprchu, popraskané zdi. Spousta drobností. Hodil by se třeba jednou za půl roku servismen který by ten byt dal do pořádku.

Apartament był w bardzo złym stanie technicznym. Zerwane zasłony, pourywane klamki w szafkach, popękane ściany – wszystko wyglądało na długo nieserwisowane. Fugi w prysznicu były brudne, co budziło wątpliwości co do czystości całego miejsca. Nie polecam tego miejsca i nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny pobyt.

Bardzo fajnie mieszkanie w dobrej cenie. Polecam.

Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji na względnie nowym osiedlu. Duży, przestronny salon z tarasem. Pachnąca pościel. Bez problemu zaparkowałem auto pod oknami (parking darmowy). Blisko supermarket. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Na początku trochę trudno znaleźć odpowiedni budynek i furtkę. Materac w sypialni raczej do wymiany (z jednej strony bardzo miętki).

W pokoju Czysto, w centrum, wyposażenie ok (naczynia itp) łóżka za miękkie jak dla mnie, i włączniki świateł trochę nie przemyślane do łazienki bo za drzwiami i z tymi kodami do drzwi też już dość zużyte przyciski, dużo atrakcji w Świnoujściu pogoda dopisała na ten czas marcowy

Zum Glück nur für 3 Nächte gebucht

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist zentral und ziemlich ruhig. Die Größe der Unterkunft ist ausreichend und verfügt über eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung hat WLan. Sauberkeit ist soweit o.k.

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung stimmen leider nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Möbel haben starke Beschädigungen. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Spüle defekt. Im Bad sind Wandfliesen total locker und die Brausehalterung ist kaputt. Der WC Sitz passt nicht richtig und wackelt. Steckdosen wurden aus der Wand gerissen, das Satkabel ist defekt, so dass ein Satempfang über die Satschüssel am Balkon nicht funktioniert. Fernsehen nur über Kabelanschluss, daher überwiegend nur polnische Sender. Deutsche Sender werden nicht empfangen ausser RTL, Sat1 und Pro7. Der kleine Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer heizt den Raum nicht ausreichend aus. Wir haben abends immer gefroren und es nur mit der Bettdecke ausgehalten. Insgesamt können wir diese renovierungsbedürftig Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub mit Vierbeinern

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage in einem bewachten Areal mit Innenhof, gleich im Erdgeschoss mit einer großen Terrasse und ausreichend Platz. Man bekommt den Code um in die Anlage zu kommen rechtzeitig mitgeteit und es ist verständlich. Gelegenheit für frische Brötchen in der Nähe.

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Es gab zum Beispiel einen Induktionsherd aber nur zwei Töpfe, einer davon nicht für Induktion geeignet. Teelöffel war einer vorhanden. Keine Müslischalen oder Eierbecher.

Świetna lokalizacja, rozmiar apartamentu i kontakt z obsługą klienta.

Bardzo brudno, dużo kurzu co dla alergików było problem. Łóżko w sypialni częściowo zarwane. Problem z zamkiem w drzwiach do mieszkania. Zamykanie wymagało trochę pomysłowości.
