Świnoujście Villa Teresa
Przyjemny, przestronny, czysty, ciepły, słoneczny apartament, jest wszystko potrzebne nawet do dłuższego pobytu, zielona okolica, do morza około 15 minut, po drodze promenada, dojscie do centrum również około 15 minut, obsługa apartamentu bez zarzutu, dziękuję.

Toller Kurzurlaub zu zweit
Perfekt für Kurzurlaub. Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Sehr sauber. Ausstattung durchschnittlich. 10 min Fußweg zur Strandpromenade. 5min bis Zentrum. Kleiner Park um die Ecke. Schön für die Hunderunde am Morgen. Der Aufenthalt mit Hund konnte das Büro noch kurzfristig mit dem Eigentümer regeln, da in dem Objekt sonst keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Mussten sogar keine weiteren Gebüren entrichten. Kommen gerne wieder.
WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert. Mülltrennung sollte in der Wohnung ermöglicht werden, sonst muss man an der Mülltonne nochmal sortieren.

Die Unterkunft punktete durch die Nähe zu einem Park, ideal für Spaziergänge mit Hunden, sowie kurze Wege zu wichtigen Orten und zum Meer.
“Die Unterkunft war insgesamt enttäuschend. Bei Ankunft war es eisig kalt, da die Heizung erst kurz zuvor eingeschaltet wurde. Die Schlüssel mussten umständlich weit entfernt abgeholt werden. Vor Ort fehlte es an Ausstattung wie einem Tresor oder ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten – die Couch diente sowohl zum Sitzen, Schlafen als auch zum Essen, da Wohn-, Küchen- und Essbereich in einem Raum lagen. Die Stromverteilung war spärlich, das Internet unzuverlässig, und der kleine, veraltete Fernseher bot nur polnische Sender. Auch die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren von schlechter Qualität. Insgesamt fehlt es der Unterkunft an Komfort und Organisation.”

Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, obiekt położony między dwoma parkami Chopina i Zdrojowym, nad morze , do centrum i najbliższej galerii handlowej 10 min spacerkiem, do najbliższego kościoła, do amfiteatru i parku linowego 5 min, na stadion i skatepark 3 min, szkolne boisko i plac zabaw tuż obok, sklep spożywczy i warzywniak 3 min. Dostępne miejsca parkingowe. Mieszkanie czyste, na parterze, jest taras z krzesłami i stolikiem, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony w sztućce, talerze, szklanki, kubki, miski i inne potrzebne sprzęty, , mikrofale, czajnik,expres, toster, płyn do zmywania ,gąbke , suszarkę do naczyń, ścierki, lodówkę, płytę kuchenna, jest też przy czym zjeść posiłek ( stół + 4 stołki) .W łazience jest pralka , suszarka do włosów, miska, sprzęt do sprzątania, komplet ręczników .Dostępne jest żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do ubrań, wentylator, grzejnik, parawan na plażę. Warto wiedzieć że taras wychodzi na ulicę i chodnik dość uczęszczany w sezonie przez spacerowiczów, nam to akurat nie przeszkadzało. Apartamet w świetnym położeniu, niewielki, ale było wszystko co potrzebne na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt. Polecam jak najbardziej.
Brak podstawowych produktów spożywczych jak kawa,herbata, sól, pieprz, brak klamerek do bielizny. Jest parking podziemy ale bardzo trudno ustawić większy samochód. Uciążliwe jest odbieranie i oddawanie kluczy w innym miejscu, sporo oddalonym od apartamentu, dla niezmotoryzowanych może być to duży problem. Nie podobał mi się też wymóg ściągnięcia pościeli , opróżnienia koszy i wyniesienia śmieci w momencie opuszczania apartamentu.
