The "Sun Towers B67" flat in Świnoujście is an elegant flat in a building built in 2022. The location of the flat is also unique: it is located in the immediate vicinity of the promenade (approx. 800 m) and next to a park with a well-equipped playground for children. There are also famous shops, bars, cafés and restaurants nearby, where you can drink aromatic coffee or taste local specialities and buy beautiful amber souvenirs.
It is a very spacious and luxurious flat with two bedrooms, living room with well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Its total area is 55 m2. The usable area is extended by the balcony, where you can spend pleasant moments with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a glass of your favourite wine. The interior is very originally designed, dominated by shades of grey and white, broken with a deep shade of blue and yellow, as well as beautiful wooden details discreetly smuggled into modern furniture or accessories that warm up the interior and delight with their texture and unconventional look. In addition, thanks to the large and numerous glazed areas, plenty of daylight enters the interior, which also visually enlarges the room and gives it a sense of momentum. Attention is also drawn to expressive and very modern accessories as well as interesting shapes and textures.
