Good location, but bad experience
Location was great, right next to the railway station Świnoujście centrum from where trains departing to Germany. Apartment was spacious and balcony great.
Keys must be picked up from reception that is 30 minutes away and be returned there as well (luckily we agreed on returning keys to the lady at the apartment, because walking 30 minutes to the office and back to the railway station doesn't make any sense). One day before our arrival we got a message, that due to an unexpected problem and repair we could be accommodated one day later, so we had to find another place to stay for one night and had to move all our lagguage. Receptionist said that day later we need to wait till people check-out from our apartment, so it seems they just lied to us and extended someone's stay. We also had to visit the office other day again because city tax wasn't included and could be paid only by PLN cash (previous accommodation had no problems to include it in a final price). Front doors were broken, so we had problems with closing and locking them and many other parts showed lack of maintenance.

Lady who is sitting there is just muting the phone for every guests and never call back if you have any questions or you need help. There is a bugs all over the apartment so you have to clean it by yourself, Just take your keys and give it back. Worst service I have ever had. Do not appreciate the way of working.

Die Umgebung war wunderschön! Zu Lidl waren es 2 Minuten Fußweg und zu Bierdronka auch! Die Stadt ist zu Fuß ca 15 min entfernt aber ein toller weg zu laufen! Leider ist der Strand schon ordentlich entfernt und die Schlüssel Abholung auch das ist das einzige was schade ist.
Die Schlafmöglichkeiten war nicht schön! Das Schlafsofas extrem Hart die Couch im Wohnzimmer eingelegen so das man nur auf Stühle sitzen könnte! Es gibt nur 2 Töpfe in der Wohnung und eine kleine Pfanne so das man echt schauen muss was man kochen möchte wenn man mehr als 2 Personen ist! Oder Terrasse könnte viel schöner sein aber da steht nur ein kleiner Tisch und 5 Stühle

Geräumige und saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber! Nicht die neuesten Möbel, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und großzügig. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Man gelangt von der Tiefgarage direkt in den Hausflur der Wohnung; dies war für uns sehr praktisch. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte (z.B. Lidl), Restaurants sowie der Polenmarkt erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es allerdings zu Fuß 20-25 Minuten.
Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war leider komplett durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Czysto i gustownie. bardzo wygodne łóżka, wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki we wszystko co potrzebne, w szafie akcesoria plażowe-parasol, parawan, koc, lokalizacja apartamentu idealna, wszędzie blisko spacerkiem, przestronny balkon z wygodnymi fotelikami i widokiem na zieleń, kontakt z administratorem szybki sprawny i sympatyczny, wszystko naprawdę na duży plus. Doceniamy to i juz chcemy tam wracać! :)
Jeśli ktoś na coś by tam narzekał, to by grzeszył.
