About this house rental
The Eifel-Atrium holiday home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery that can be used as a combined dining, living and kitchen area. There are also two galleries with additional living areas. The open-plan layout and the large windows provide plenty of light and a spacious living feeling.
The holiday home is designed for 18 guests, of which a maximum of 14 beds are suitable for adults,
The special feature of this holiday home is the open-plan living area in the form of a gallery. The gallery extends through several floors of the house, providing light and openness throughout the building. The open-plan design, combined with the large windows, provides plenty of light and a spacious living feeling. Two galleries offer an additional retreat or reading corner without being completely isolated from the rest of the living area.
On the ground floor there is a cosy living area with cocktail armchairs and a Formula 1 tyre table. Right next to it is the dining area with benches and a large table for all guests. At the back is a large kitchenette with an American side-by-side fridge and six hotplates.
The house sleeps a total of 18 people, with a maximum of 14 for adults. There are two double rooms, two triple rooms and a dormitory with eight beds. There is also a sofa bed on each of the two galleries.
The gallery and the galleries in combination with the large windows make the holiday home open and bright. There is a bathroom with WC and shower on each floor.
In addition to central heating, the holiday home is equipped with an automatically filled pellet stove.
There is a large terrace with patio furniture, parasol and charcoal barbecue in front of and behind the house.
As the holiday home is located near 3 other holiday homes, the noise level in the evening should be adjusted to the time of day and it should be quiet outside from 11.00 pm. We are happy about nice, cheerful and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, this must not cause any disturbance to our house or our neighbours. We expect consideration for furniture, noise levels and quiet at night. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25). Stag parties and drinking parties are also not welcome.
