Just a tad too warm in the room but a Dyson fan was available and an opening window.

Good and not so good.
The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. The car park being free and so close was great.
The room was very bright through the night as the curtains didn't shut out the street light, the door let in the light from the hallway and there is a green safety light on. The water pressure is too strong in the shower and you can't get hot water without turning it on to almost full pressure, which is too strong to use on face and hair. We were on the ground floor and there were a lot of banging doors and noise from upstairs through the night and early morning.

Great location
Lovely, cosy room in a perfect location for events in Leicester City Centre. Nice touch of the welcome tray and a very comfy bed.
We didn't book an accessible room yet was assigned one. The sink was just too low, the shower handles too low, and the wet room splashed water all over the floor. Perhaps ask guests if they want an accessible room before booking them in.
