Jozef on reception organised linked rooms on check in even though we did request beforehand but it was not set prior to check in
Robert at breakfast time was excellent with serving my family members. He made sure kids ordered pancakes if needed.
The corridor on floor 8 smelt super fresh so whoever cleans it, is doing a great job
I could hear bedroom doors slamming in other apartments. Also our room door was creaking so some wd40 might be needed to reduce this.
Apart from these minor issues the rest was very good

room was fine and staff were lovely beds were comfy and it was clean and location was good.
The breakfast was very greasy, scrambles eggs just not in any way ok. I wish I had not booked for breakfast - we had it twice - once was enough...
