The actual apartment is clean and acceptable. The building, though, is under renovation. It mostly did not matter, as we were gone most of the day, but the loud work started at 8 am and went until 6 pm.

The check in was good, the appartment was clean. For 8 it was not really spacy but good enough. If you are with 5 it is perfect. With 8, three sleep in the living room. All the beds are comfy only the curtains do fit only half the window in the living room. This means getting up very early.

Very nice appartment in a beautiful neighborhood with public transport, supermarket and restaurants/cafes nearby. Good sleeping rooms, but the linnen was a bit old and the matrassess were hard. Very well equipped kitchen, although the fridge was noisy. The double toilet was a nice addition. We had to sort the garbage, but there was only one garbage bin. The house was very clean.

Spacious, modern, well-appointed apartment in a great location, steps from hip bars, laid-back restaurants and one of the best patisseries this side of Paris. Handy bus lines right outside and a 12 minute walk to the Altona station for rail and S-Bahn put all of Hamburg within easy reach. With a full bathroom, plus a separate toilet and a large living room with comfortable sofas and a full dining table, it really can accommodate large groups. We were four (mother + 3 big kids) and grateful to have the space to spread out. The lock box outside is perfect for sharing a single key among guests. The hosts are super responsive. We had a minor disaster when my oldest daughter locked us out, and the hosts responded within minutes and provided a spare key in another lock box nearby. The only drawback are the curtains, which don't sufficiently block out the light -- not a minor detail in Hamburg in June, when nights are very short. With windows open, street noise can be an issue. And the hairdryer that every other guest has commented on is still broken. But this is a great base for independent-minded travelers looking for a taste of the laid-back charm of this beautiful city.

The apartment is clean and well maintained. The key retrieval system worked perfectly as there were three of us sharing this unit with only one key provided. Nice big windows let in lots of light. I would say my ONLY issue was that the hairdryer needs to be replaced with one that actually can dry your hair.

Wir, 5 Erwachsene, verbrachten ein verlängertes Wochenende in Hamburg. Die Wohnung liegt gut zentral und es ist einigermaßen ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist jedoch sehr dürftig. Unserer Einschätzung nach handelt es sich um ehemalige Büroflächen, die lieblos in eine Wohnung umgewandelt worden sind. In den zwei Schlafzimmern stehen jugendherbergsartige Einzelbetten. Um und unter den Betten sammelte sich Staub. Die Matratze hatte einen dicken Kaffefleck. Im Bad gab es keinen Schrank und noch nicht mal eine Möglichkeit, ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Der Gastgeber ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das W-lan funktionierte nicht und er bot uns eine andere Wohnung an. Nach dem Besuch eines Internet-Menschen gings es leider immer noch nicht. Noch ein Abzug. Insgesamt würden wir die charmelose Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, da sie lieblos und spartanisch eingerichtet ist und dafür einfach zu teuer ist.

Die Beschreibung von der Garage die man kurz zuvor geschickt bekommen sollte überarbeitet werden. Da steht was von einem Chip den es aber nicht gibt sondern von einem Schlüssel ersetzt wurde. Wenn das Garagentor offen geht ist das in der ganzen Wohnung zu hören. Alles sehr hellhörig

Schöner Rückzugsort in bester Lage

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Altona. Nur wenige Schritte zu mehreren Supermärkten, tollen Geschäften und Boutiquen. Auch die Gastroszene ist Klasse (haben lecker Pakistanisch gegessen). Prima ist der mit 10 Minuten recht kurze Fußweg zum Fernbahnhof und S-Bahn-Station Altona. Das erleichtert die Anreise per Bahn (war für uns ausschlaggebend) und von dort geht es in ein paar Minuten Fahrzeit Richtung Jungfernstieg und Landungsbrücken. Ruhige Lage (trotz der Ausrichtung zur Straße) in einem Gebäude wo sich fast ausschließlich Büros befinden. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem sehr geräumigen Wohn-Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und zwei davon abgehenden Schlafzimmern mit jeweils 2 schmale Einzelbetten. Dazu kann auf diversen Sofa- und Ausziehbetten geschlafen werden. Entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung war top sauber und wunschgemäß sogar 30 Minuten vor der regulären Zeit bezugsfertig. Küchenutensilien, Bettzeug, Handtücher und Reinigungszubehör sind vor Ort. Nicht vorhanden sind die Basics aus der Abteilung Lebensmittel oder Gewürze (wussten wir aber aus den vorangegangenen Bewertungen). Nicht so toll fanden wir, dass die Stereoanlage nicht funktionierte und der eingebaute Fön defekt war (und das wohl beides schon eine Weile). Der Vermieter hat dann am kommenden Nachmittag aber prompt einen Ersatzfön vorbeibringen lassen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung in gutem Zustand, die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt sogar ein separates Gästebad. Allerdings würden ein neuer Anstrich und ein Ersatz der defekten Elektrogeräte (auch in Anbetracht des nicht gerade niedrigen Mietpreises) das Bild abrunden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage: Elbe, Musicals, Reeperbahn und Fischmarkt sind nur wenige Haltestellen entfernt. Der Fernbahnhof BF HH/ Altona ist ums Eck. In der Nachbarschaft findet man, in autofreier Zone, tolle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes! Die Wohnung war sauber und mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet. Die Küche war mit Kaffeefiltern bestückt. Weitere Küchenbasics wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Essig oder Öl waren nicht vorhanden. Der Föhn im Badezimmer war nicht funktionsfähig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und konnten Hamburg bei schönstem Herbstwetter von seiner besten Seite kennenlernen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, ist für 4 Personen mehr als groß genug. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komplett. Der S-Bahnhof Altona ist schnell fussläufig zu erreichen und damit kommt man schnell und einfach in jede Ecke von Hamburg. Die Verwaltung ist freundlich aufmerksam. Also eine eindeutige Emfehlung!

The apartment is nice, clean and quiet, with a private parking. There are bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and bars in a 100m radius. There are bus stops near the apartment and the Altona Banhof is a 10 minutes walk away . We'll probably stay there next time we're in Hamburg.

Alt i alt en god lejlighed til 4 personer. Vi ville have været kede af at skulle benytte de to sovesofaer i stuen. Dejligt med både badeværelse og særskilt toilet. Rengøringen var i top. Beliggenhed i stemningsfyldt byområde. Let at finde, da adressen er tæt på motorvejsafkørsel. Leje af parkering i samme hus anbefales, men den tilsendte vejledning til parkeringen bør forbedres.

Die Lage ist echt super was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Erreichbarkeit der Ortschaften angeht. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem sehr modernen und sauberen Zustand. Bis auf die sound Anlage, die scheinbar defekt ist, hat die Wohnung alles was man zum angenehmen hausen benötigt. Beispiele: Geschirrspüler, Säuberungsutensilien (staubsauger, Reinigungsmittel usw), fernseher, 2 getrennte Toiletten, Koch und Essinstrumente, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche(sogar noch extra Bettbezüge und decken), privaten Stellplatz für Autos(Garage) uvm. Schade nur das man schon um 11 Uhr ausschecken muss, wenn man am Vortag lange feiern gehen möchte. Dafür ist der Kostenfaktor im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnung in Hamburg einfach unschlagbar. Die Anreise/Ankunftszeit kann super flexibel ablaufen da die Haus/Wohnschlüssel über ein Safe per zahlencode zu erreichen sind und dadurch von keinem menschlichen Empfang abhängig ist. Alles im allen absolut empfehlenswert und wird bei dem nächsten Hamburg Besuch ganz sicher wieder gebucht.

Wenn man eine deutsche Bankverbindug besitzt und Ueberweisungen taetigen kann, ist diese Unterkunft gut geeignet. Da wir in Kanada leben und an Kreditkartenzahlungen gewohnt sind war die Buchung und Zahlung fuer uns ueberraschender Weise sehr kompliziert, da Zahlungen an Home Away, Anzahlungen, Auslandsueberweisungsgebuehren etc separat und recht unuebersichtlich fuer uns getaetigt werden mussten. Die Wohnung ist gross und hat vier einfache Einzelbetten sowie zwei Sofabetten. Nachdem man den Zugang zu den Stellplaetzen verstanden hat, sind diese auch leicht und praktisch zugaenglich.
